Had 9:30 appointment today with Dr German Gaitan for initial visit. Arrived 9:00 to be informed by receptionist that they left me 2-3 messages stating my insurance was invalid. I told her that that is incorrect. Asked what phone number they called and she repeated the wrong number. Informed her that it was probably the wrong insurance and wrong person they called. Told receptionist that our Dentist/Patient relationship is starting out poorly so I didn't even want the Dentist to touch my teeth. In conclusion, they're disorganized and I wouldn't recommend them.

*my google name is fake* Pre-surgury appt went well, but too much info was being thrown at me from every person I talked to. The most important person I talked to ( Dr Singmaster) spoke the least. I opted for just a tooth pull, no graft, no implant. Show up Friday, they're ready for the whole shebang. I had to remind them that I cant afford it all at once, as they made me sign papers saying it's due that day. Now I'm being sent a bill by mail......even though I'm told it's due right now.. I paid $195 up front the $325 bill I actually agreed to...I have a feeling I'll add to this story when the bill actually shows up. Miscommunication probably happens here often. Also, after having my tooth pulled, I was only told not to drink alcohol or smoke for 24-48 hours. Luckily I googled it.....theres alot to know after having a tooth pulled. A post-care packet would've been nice.

Excellent services for my kids specially that there is not that many dentist taking medicaid in the area and they are, very professional services appointments are quickly, staff is very friendly and good with the kids and parents

I needed my ex-rays and called a week ahead to pick them up. They didn't have them ready. So they told me to call first thing Monday morning & they would send them over to my current dentist. They refused to send them because they said I had to sign a release from. Uhg...I was there on Friday and no one said anything about a release form.

All doctors are awesome. Including the dental assistants. The puertorican assistant was very gentle during the dental procedure I had today. Also, today I met a new secretary and she was very nice and organized. They take their time to explain everything and listen & that's very important.

Had my wisdom tooth taken out, doctor Tony is supper cool, same as his staff, give them all a raise.. Specially Mari, she is awesome! give her a $10 raise.
