I have to do a shout out to this place for my dental care. The staff and the Dr were most efficient and kind. I've always been afraid of dentist office since I was a kid. Almost like a phobia. I didn't feel that fear at all at this office! From the atmosphere to the shining newfangled equipment to the gentle touch of the staff I was so comfortable! Thanks so much for making my fears evaporate like that!

The staff is wonderful at Smile Care 360. Dr.Swee is so kind and continuously checks in during treatment to make sure you are comfortable. The dental assistant Jordan has a friendly and warm personally. They make a great team!

Highly recommend Smile Care 360 in Goose Creek. From the moment I walked in to the lovely woman at the front desk to the moment I left, every single person was so kind, understanding, and walked me through each step. The Hygienist worked to keep me calm, and shockingly to me.. I LAUGHED. At a DENTIST. They ACTUALLY LISTEN to you AND CARE about your past trauma experiences with prior dental demons & make sure you get the best care for you. Like, I've never been asked that, not just the hygienist the dentist himself too! I actually left in a good mood. If you are experiencing a real phobia for dentist (like me who did a guided meditation with my therapist to even walk through the doors) 10/10 would recommend. Far proceeded my expectations, for sure never going anywhere else. Just a grade A experience, and a wonderful surprise for my soul. Lol

I'll give it 2 starts because the dentist and her assistant were super sweet. However, I completely wasted my time. I called to make sure anything would be billed to me that my insurance doesn't cover and the lady told me yes . I get there do X-rays sit down to have an excruciating painful tooth fixed and she tells me I have to pay a big amount up front . I was lied too . My time was wasted. And I left in complete tears . I heard good things and that they work on payment plans for people and that was the whole reason I went . It's one thing to have policies but it's another to lie about them until the patient gets there and sits down for procedures .

I will never trust this service provider and the doctor more. I visited them for filling, and they tried to sell me another service (they called deep cleaning). Before the cleaning procedure, I asked them to verify with the insurance to confirm if the service is covered and the detectable amount. They confirmed that I am covered with the insurance, and I paid them the total deductible amount. After six months of completing the service, they inform me that my insurance did not cover it, and I have to pay 100% of all the cost. I called the insurance, but I found no one from the dentist's office called the insurance company to verify the coverage during the service on Jan/Feb (the insurance confirmed there was no record for any call). The insurance company also told me that the dentist's office contacted them and sent the claim three months after the service. That means all information about my coverage, plan, cost, etc. was incorrect, and they do not want to take any accountability. I tried to reach the doctor, Dr. Amanda, many times, but she ignored my call request. Therefore I am filing a complaint against the doctors with the LLR. I should never trust what they said, and I should verify all coverage with the insurance directly to avoid paying an unexpected additional charge. We never had this issue with any health provider. The worst part of this story, they never apologized for the mistake they made and the incorrect information they provided me. instead, they careless, rude, and chasing me to pay all amount

I have been to many dentists in my life . There are good and bad in all professional field's. I went to Smile Care 360 purely by chance. Tooth ache needed help. My first visit was a blessing as I was pain free when I left. The second time was for a bridge I had made by someone else. Made incorrectly I might add! The pain had been with me for some time. The new dentist I met at Smiles Care 360 immediately fixed the issue!! I am planning on having the bridge replaced along with adding veneers so my smile is even. The other dentist made my mouth look like it was from 2 people. I am honest to a fault and honestly say what I think. I will not go any place else and will be sending my entire family there. The cost is no different than any other place but the care and concern for their patient is over the top. I had the receptionist explain in detail my future plan step by step. I am impressed by their caring ways in all aspects. Thank you.

I have never liked going to the dentist. All I can say about this place is "Wow"! Dr. Komisarow and her staff take so much pride in the work that they do. They make each client feel so welcome and comfortable. The amenities are unmatched and the staff is fantastic. What else can you ask for? If you're looking to switch up dentists, this is most definitely the place.

This new place just opened within 1-mile of our home. I bought my girlfriend a 1-year package deal last year, and now I'm considering to use this place because of the high quality and personal care they provide. The staff is very friendly and there is parking in front and on the side of the building. The new strip mall is adjacent to the Super WalMart off of St. James Ave. Highway 176. Most insurances are accepted and they are operating during the Covid19 pandemic. The pictures that I've provided and contact information will assist our local communities.

This was my first visit to smile and I was very impressed . Even though it is new facility the place is kept Immaculate very very clean and all of the employees we're super nice. I would say they are in the same category as the Chick-fil-A employees and being so very nice to me it is an ultimate compliment 4 the workers in an industry dealing with the public.

I have high dental anxiety, from past experiences as a kid. So I'm reluctant to trust or embrace a dental service. With a wedding coming up, I needed to get a good clean in for those priceless photos. The team here are genuinely good people that took such great care of me. Routinely checking on my well-being as we knocked out the clean. Thorough explanation of what's going on currently and what should be addressed moving forward.

I was referred to Smile Care 360 by Cane Bay Dental because need dental implant and met Dr. K and her staff and they are absolutely professional and very nice staff. Made you feel welcome and patient. Highly recommended.
