Dr. Patel isn't bad but the office staff at the amberly location have terrible customer service and just flat out rude. I called one day to make an appointment, spoke with Peggy and she was just the rudest person. I decided to go somewhere else because of her attitude. I don't even understand how she still has a job. You guys need to do better.

Smile Bright Dental has been great for me. I've been a patient for a couple years now and they will always be my permanent dentist. My six month cleanings are performed perfectly. I recently had a bridge done and while I was a bit apprehensive about the procedure, the dentist and her assistants gave me the confidence I needed to proceed. The staff is very friendly and explains everything to you very clearly so you know what is going on every step of the way. Dr.Patel is very nice he make you feel very comfortable and let's you know what he's doing. I didn't feel as nervous as I usually do when I see a dentist.

Very professional atmosphere, I'm new to the Tampa area and wanted to find a dentist I can trust. Received a honest evaluation after being mis diagnosed some where else. Highly recommend.

I'm from a small town and this reminded me of that. Friendly engaging employees. No trying to push treatments at me. Asking how they could help and be if service. Have to admit I wasn't looking forward to going, who dies, but they made the experience a good one.

I went to the Tampa Palm location The Receptionist an older lady who goes over your dental plan and what your insurance will pay was very Unprofessional and Down Right Rude .I'm in the medical field for 30+years I know the importance of Good customer service skills no matter if you are in the front or back office working .I will NOT BE GOING BACK TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN.

My experience has been exceptional! The hygienist is knowledgeable and personable. They have a gentle touch and Dr. Patel is an especially good dentist. The only thing that is a bother is that they don't have automated medical records so that you can not discuss anything from your file unless they are physically located at the office where you receive services.

Very professional staff and truly skilled at what they do. Dr Rostami & Yolanda were so gentle and didn't feel a thing even though I had deep cleaning done. Definitely recommend them!!
