I work there one day to help out while they interview for a permanent assistant. The office was one of the cleanest and well organized office. Everyone in this office works together as a team. I did dentistry for 34 yrs before retiring and this was one of the best office I have ever been in. If I was not 71 years old this job would be my ideal job. But my old body won't let me work anymore. Great office. Wonderful Doctor and the best staff I have ever worked for in my 34 yr career.

The hygienist explained in detail the procedure before and after She was so gentle in doing the cleaning I'm would highly recommend Guadalupe to work on patients who are fearful of th dentist

My insurance gave me this place as my primary. I had 2 broken teeth and a tooth ache whsn i called. They did xrays. Then had to do more because my insurance required more views than they took. They had to do again because they deleted them by accident. Insurance said cleanings were 0 copay but the staff gave me an estimate for their plan to treat my mouth which showed out of pocket on 4 partial cleanings and ons water pick cleaning. When i asked about my gum line cavity in front of the broken tooth they blew past my question and proceeded to show me about different partial plate options. They finally handed me a scrip for antibiotics and an open referral for an oral surgeon then wished me good luck in finding one before sending me home. They apparently don't do anything much but clean and polish your grill. Nothing that really helped my situation. Months later I am still trying to find a dental surgeon and that tooth they didn't want to be bothered discussing has cracked open at the gum line and is turning black and pains me. Not impressed at all by thisfacility.o

This was my first visit to Smile Bright. Everyone was very cordial and knowledgeable. They all explained what they were going to do on this visit and what and why they recommended the procedures that I need in future visits. Going to the dentist really freaks me out! Every step of the process is normally like being put through the ringer. Let me just say that this experience was unlike any other I have ever had at the dentist. Guadalupe is awesome! She put me at ease at every step. Her technique is spot on, and she made me feel comfortable. She has a way to explain everything, so it's easy to understand. The office staff were very helpful, explaining my insurance benefits to me in an easy-to-understand way. If you need a dentist, look no further.

DR,Anna was understanding. I have had bad gums all my life. She set up a program to get my teeth and gums back to healthy! Guadalupe the hygentist was gentle and understood all my concerns. The staff was personable and helpful understanding my insurance and costs so I can have a payment plan! Recommend them highly!!

I used to hate going to the dentist. I actually stopped until I started having some trouble. I loved Dr. Anna from the first time we met and then I met Guadalupe. I had my first cleaning, then a deep a cleaning and now my standard 6 month follow up and what a difference! I could not be happier. My gums are healthy, my teeth and strong and I look forward to my visits. Dr. Anna has a professional staff that is passionate and excel in their client care.

I am terrified of dentists. My first visit: For the first time I walked out happy to know I would return to get needed work done. The office is friendly and caring. My long needed cleaning was done while there and Guadeloupe the hygienist made sure I was comfortable and reassured.

Anyone who goes there an is using insurance be careful of thier billing they will tell you that your not fully covered an you will have to pay out of pocket an a. They did it to me and I kept telling them that my insurance keeps telling me that I'm covered an I was an it took me 2 months to get my money back, before you go have some paper work telling what your covered for because they will definitely take your money and I hope some people that have been there already check your billing and see if they over charged you because if I wouldn't have kepted on them they would have got over $300 from me and would not have cared an the situation that they put you in. That lady who does the billing will tell you that it's your insurance company fault because they lie to you an it's not thier fault are yours it's thiers because they are not telling you the truth because they want to over charge you an keep your money an I know that I ain't the only person that she done this to because she will try to be very convincing.
