My appointment was at 3:30pm, they sat me down an hour later. Not even i was younger my mother took me here and i remember why i hated this place. Anyways homie was doing a CLEANING, he did x rays and didn't even checked it. Just did it to just get money from my insurance. Mind you cleaning process took 2mins. ON TOP of that he said i needed a new crown... mind you my food gets stuck in the gap i have. Of course it will cause bad breath but i floss so it doesn't bother me. He recommended me to get the white crown to re do it, MIND YOU.... HE WAS THE ONE WHO DID MY METAL CROWN . It's he's fault my food gets stuck. He over here really trying to play my hard working money. TELLING ME TO PAY OUT OF POCKET. Like dude needs to get laid and go in retirement. P.s. if he says you need a crown and have to pay out of pocket, talk with your insurance and get the metal crown. Don't go here. At all.

What doesn't make sense is how this dentist tells me one price and then charges double. Be careful what you sign and what you verbally agreed with this dentist. I can't honestly give a review about the kind of work they do since I haven't gotten any work done. The only reason I went to this dentist was because it was selected by my insurance company, and I had an emergency toothache. Within two visits, I was scammed. I am unemployed and practically disabled. Where in my right mind would I agree to have a procedure done that would cost me more then a monthly car payment. In that case I would just get a car and deal with one less tooth. Now I have a financial problem with this dentist and still with my toothache. Get your work estimate in writing before agreeing to do any procedure with this dentist. I will continue posting this anywhere I can, so no one else is scammed. Smileb Boutique, what treatment did you start? You haven't done any work to my tooth, so why would you think it's fair to still charge me? Wow, I didn't think that there were people with the title "Doctor" who feel they need to scam their patients.

I had such a wonderful experience at Smile Boutique. Dr. Lesser is a TOP NOTCH professional with a sterling character. The doctor and his highly skilled team had me in and out of his office in no time with a highly new and improved smile. The waiting time is non existent. I would HIGHLY recommend Smile Boutique to anyone and everyone.( I used the word highly a lot because that's really the high regard that I feel for Smile Boutique)

This is the worst dentist I have ever been to. He overcharged my insurance and charged me for each filling. He did a bad job with the fillings. They kept falling out and I had to go in a couple of times to get them filled. He kept pushing invisiline on me even though I don't require it. I went to another dentist and stated I didn't need invisiline. I called to receive my records and kept blowing me off. Please avoid this dentist, he isn't good and overcharges. Addendum: I just called asking for my x-rays because my new dentist is requiring them to complete my records. They are claiming they don't have it. Please future consumers be weary of this place. I am a doctor and am horrified by the unprofessionalism and underhanded ways. Response: If that is correct sir. People do go in multiple times to get something corrected. Why did I get charged for the same filling you did? I payed twice for the same filling multiple times. Also you didn't answer my previous question. Where are my records? I have the right to have access to my records. 30 years of experience... I think you would know how to provide records for patients. Just by this response. Consumers please be hesitant to go here.
