My mom and I both made appointments with Dr. Shaer and we highly recommend him. Dr. Shaer is very professional, has a great bedside manner and his integrity definitely cannot be understated. He did a wonderful job on my mom's cosmetic dental crowns. She always loves to smile and now she does so with so much more pleasure. She feels great, looks great and could not be happier, especially when people tell her how much younger she looks. As for me, I do fear going to the dentist but Dr. Shaer is kind and made it easy. I genuinely appreciate his honesty and professionalism. I really look forward to my new smile :) Thank you to all the nice people who work in the office who took such great care of us, including Olga, who made the process so simple. Great experience... we highly recommend Dr. Shaer and his staff :)

Once I had spoken to the receptionist for the first time It was a done deal that this will be the dental office I want to spend my money on and get my dental care from. They were very attentive and caring from the front desk to the manager to Dr. Shaer and to all my dental assistant ladies that took care of me. I love Dr. Shaer because he's direct to the point and tells you how it is. I also appreciate how they were so attentive of me before, during, and after my major procedure. I still have upcoming appts. and I can't wait for my final result. Super excited for the first time coming to a dental office. I highly recommend.

Best dental and cosmetic experience I have ever had. Dr. Dan Shaer took great care of me. Very professional and knowledgeable, with full attention to the details dentist. Absolutely in love with my veneers. Can't stop shining with my new smile. I couldn't imagine a better dental office full of great professionals. Love coming here. Thanks a lot!

This is my first review on Google and I am glad that I am posting a positive one. Smile Boutique deserves the acknowledgment it has worked for. I found this clinic on Google itself and thought to give them a go based on the reviews. I think this clinic deserves my 5 star rating. There are reasons to it. Firstly, the clinic is clean as a whistle. There is barely anything that you will find dirty after you have entered the clinic. Then there is Norma! She is a very lovely lady. If ever there is a definition of management then she is one. She handles everything like a pro. She exactly knows which patient is suited to which doctor. It is better to say that she is very genuine and prioritized my treatment in my best interests. With that in regard she introduced me to Dr Elllahad. Dr Ellahad is a very kind lady. She is very patient. She helps you in fighting your dental anxiety, she helped me do that! Her assistant Hanan did a great job by taking my X-rays and did my CT-scan which was quick and gentle. I must say that the way she explained to me the details of my problem and the treatment I needed, Dr Ellahad is very thorough in her knowledge. After the examination, Norma went over my insurance and told me the cost of everything I required for the treatment. Further she also told me that the examination was complimentary. The hygienist Sandra is quite a professional, she helped me to get at ease while having my cavity removal and getting my root canal. Though I am halfway through the process, I can sense a feeling of satisfaction with the staff. Further, I am very happy with their service.

Smile Boutique is one of those clinics that steals your heart on your very first step into the clinic. It is that clean! There are images on the wall with a bright smile and beautiful quotes that keep your nerves in check. The clinic is spotless like a washed mirror. Nevertheless, there are many more things that I took with me when I came back from the clinic. One of them was Norma, the lady at the front desk. Before going there I had read a lot of reviews regarding how warm she is and mostly, we fall into the trap of paid review but I was surprised how wrong I was. She is genuinely very warm and welcoming. She goes out of her way to make sure that you are at ease. I went there for my cavity removal and she immediately put me at Dr Ellahad's chair. He examined me very carefully and used a CT scan to make sure there was no other issue with my mouth. It was during the process I experienced that Dr Ellahad is a master of his art. He has a piece of impeccable knowledge and has very good communication skills. He has an eye for detail. He examines your mouth with utter care. Then he takes necessary measures to ensure and uses state-of-the-art equipment to its best effect so that the problem is uprooted from its roots. He ensures that the process is less stressful and is hassle-free. It is quite easy to maintain contact with him. He treats you like his family and sometimes, checks you before your appointment.

First thing first, Smile Boutique provides excellent work. Moreover, the staff is very nice. They have the necessary knowledge to communicate efficiently with patients. Norma is very good with her communication skills. She communicated and told me everything specifically about the finances and how the doctors. It's important to note that she maintains the desk and the clinic in order. I visited Smile Boutique because I had a baby tooth with an adult tooth behind it and all orthodontists I consulted before visiting them told me it was too far back for Invisalign to move. However, this was not the case with Smile Boutique. Norma assigned me to Dr. Shaer and he is a magician. He confronted me that the process can take place. He did a little examination on my teeth and well, fast forward to today, I've completed my Invisalign braces and my teeth are straight and they were able to move up the adult tooth that was far back! I have to say that Dr. Shaer and his staff are very supportive and cooperative. Even the whole staff at the Smile Boutique is exceptional.

WOW! I enjoyed my experience here in Smile Boutique. To start, the staff here is really enjoyable and super nice! They make you feel comfortable the moment you enter the clinic. The lady, Norma, at the front desk is amiable. She gives you a feeling of a thorough professional. The environment of the clinic is wonderful - bright and clean. Also, during the cleaning of your teeth, they give you the option to wear headphones which is a definite measure to help you to distract from annoying cleaning sounds. As for Dr. Fukui, she is extremely informative. She will make sure that we don't have any dispel myths about the teeth and its treatment. She gives you the options to consider for treatment for your potential problem. She also checks on you throughout the session to ensure you're doing well. To wrap up things up, my visit to Smile Boutique is something that I greatly enjoyed.

My daughter has been suffering from sensitivity just about her whole life. I booked an appointment with smile boutique while doing some Google and Yelp research and noticed they were near home. The doctor was very careful and calm when she was treating my daughter which made me also very comfortable. The ambiance of the clinic was lively and the doctors, assistants, and the entire staff were amiable. Doctor Joelle and assistants utilized the safest and most advanced dental techniques for restoring her teeth while allowing my daughter to relax. From what I've seen the clinic is equipped with advanced digital equipment including laser dentistry, digital x-rays, CT scanner, etc! They do all of this in one clinic and I would highly recommend Smile Boutique to people of Northridge and nearby areas.

I visited Smile boutique as a guest accompanying my mother for her root canal treatment. My mother was anxious, scared, nervous thinking about the pain she was going to have since this wasn't her first time ever having this procedure done. However, the entire process went quite smooth and she was very happy with the whole treatment at the end. She didn't complain one bit and was actually bragging to me of how tough she was in the room and that the doctor had a gentle touch. While waiting for my mother in the wait room I was able to talk to the receptionist and she was so cool and down to earth, I must say the entire dental team is dedicated, humble, and strive to provide the best treatment to patients and to guests. The immense knowledge and expertise of Dr. Alice Fukui and staff makes this place one of the best and I would highly recommend this office to any one! Thank you again Smile Boutique!

Smile Boutique is one of those dental offices that will put a smile back on your face. Trust me, they will! I have been to various dental offices, but I have never seen an office as clean as Smile Boutique. Right from the moment I entered this dental office, my mind kept thinking about how someone could maintain an office like this! The office was spotless, and they use the latest technology to diagnose and treat their patients. I was very impressed by the service. The office offers complimentary consultation which is a great thing. The front lady, Norma, was very warm and welcoming. I went there for a dental implant I needed and I was a little nervous, however, she immediately put me at ease. My experience with Dr.Shaer has been nothing but fantastic. He has great knowledge and is able to clearly communicate what he wants to convey. Dr. Shaer made the whole process very easy and painless for me. First of all, he paid attention to the problem I was explaining. Then he performed a great job in placing the implant I needed. He used state-of-the-art equipment to its best effect. He also ensured that my recovery was smooth. The office called me the day after the surgery, to make sure everything is fine and if I had any questions in regards to the medication I had to take. All in all, I had the best dental experience ever.

One of the finest Cosmetic dental office on earth! Yeah, I can rate it that big! Exceptional place, Smile Boutique has changed my perception of dentistry forever. From meeting Norma the receptionist, she explained everything in detail about what to expect going forward from my first visit. I also met Dr Fukui and embarrassingly addressed my concerns about having some gum pain and not having been to the dental office in years. I swear I could not have found a better doctor than Dr. Fukui, she explained what she was going to do during my cleaning and gave me tips on how to keep it up at home. She also told me not be embarrassed and its quite common. For me, this place is a yes-yes, and I would urge everyone to give this place a try.

The reason why I chose Smile Boutique is because a friend of mine recommended me. But I have to say that this decision has worked wonders for me. I was there for my tooth implant. Thankfully, I met Norma. She is a very efficient lady. She has everything in order, which doctor is having the space to see a patient, how much does a patient should wait for a doctor and at the end, she even helps in managing the expenses of a patient. She is a great manager of things. She even keeps a check on the neatness and cleanliness of the clinic. For my implant she placed me on Dr. Share's chair. He is a very patient listener. He heard all my problems which have been occurring for the past six months and did a CT-scan to examine the root cause of my problem. During the CT-scan, I was able to see my face as the screen rotated while doing the CT-scan. It was a wonderful experience as I didn't have to move an inch during the process. After knowing that upper incisor required an implant. Dr Shaer gave me an appointment for the next day and the day after that, he gave an IV sedation due to which I was, mostly, unconscious during the process. Given his expertise, he handled the situation very well. As of my experience from the stories I have heard, my implant was a painless experience. Dr. Shaer is the most caring, compassionate, and proficient dentist I have met. He is an artist in his work and his team of Rocha, Norma, Sam, Brittany and all the others just make it an amazing place to visit.
