I have been going to Smile Big Pediatric Dentistry for the last 2-3 years. Not sure what's going on but here recently we have seen different doctors and staff for the last year. I'm not comfortable with the inconsistency of staff every 6 months. Had an appointment again today and guess what there was new staff, even the front desk staff was new. Will be looking for a new dentist.

First time here me & my G-Son LOVE IT!!! The whole staff & Dentist was Super Awesome...the facility was sooooo nice & clean Thanks! They even squeeze me in cause I had my dates wrong Thanks!!! God Bless y'all one love....

It was our first visit for our 11 month old at Smile Big Pediatric and everyone there was wonderful. From the moment we walked in to when we left. Dr. Lai is super sweet and thorough and explained everything to us. We definitely recommend taking your little one here. Thank you again Dr. Lai!

Staff was wonderful but I waited in an exam room for over an hour with my 5 year old, 18 month old and 8 week old for the dentist to come in and brush some fluoride on his teeth. Previous appointments at other offices were always in and out and I was baffled the entire appointment took close to 1.5 hours for him to have his teeth brushed and for the dentist to see him for two minutes. As an FYI - Only one child was there for the appointment but I had the whole crew with me because I assumed it would be a quick appointment. This was a routine cleaning and not a last minute emergency. We will try again but if we experience the same wait/delay for future appointments we will have to go elsewhere

I consider my time very valuable and do not like when it is wasted. The most recent appointment I had for my child, we were waiting 45 minutes after appointment arrival with no communication on when my child's procedure would start. Wasn't until I asked what the delay was, that I was informed the doctor was behind schedule. If that was the case then communicate that with the parent instead of letting them sit around. This wasn't the first time my time was wasted by this office but it was the last time.

We absolutely just LOVE this place. I can honestly say that when I tell my kids it's time to go to the dentist, instead of groaning, they are actually excited and shout "yay, we're going to the dentist!" (Seriously, when do you ever hear of that? As a kid, I was petrified of the dentist!) Every single person there is just as nice and respectful as you could hope for. They have a fun waiting room full of games to play while you wait to be called back; they are always on time with their quoted appointment times; everyone on staff is amazing.. And the best part about it: My kid's teeth have improved immensely since we have started coming here. They are very big on preventative maintenance, and it shows!!

They are always so nice here. I left my other kid's dentist (Advantage Dentist) because they were always canceling my kid's appointments last minute. Your front and back office staff are amazing! Shout out to the African American gentlemen that works in the front. He is always so professional and nice when I come in and so was the young lady sitting next to him. The back office staff always take the time to explain discharge instructions with me wich is awesome. You have a great team, keep up the good work!

The staff and doctor were fantastic. My daughter was a new patient and I would recommend this facility to everyone. The receptionist worked us in same day and my daughter was well taken care of.

I brought my daughter for her dentist appointment today to smile big pediatric dentistry. We had a great experience with the front desk, dental hygienist and doctor they all did a good job, plus the facility is very nice.

I have to say one thing that stood out to me at this facility has been meeting one of the first people you see entering these doors, DENZEL. I have to say personally say Thank you for your patience and knowledge to whatever questions I might have had regarding my daughter's surgery. Thank you for your professionalism I have to give credit where it is due. Thank you for making my family and me feel like family when I walk through these doors. The five stars I give today is for you! Excellent customer service!!

My son goes here and HE LOVES IT. They are quick and does a great job at getting the work done but yet making the kids feel at ease
