i had service done on my teeth i advised dental office i has insurance and it was an emergency, i paid out of pocket . once insurance verified dental office had to refund part of the funds, now they refuse to see me . lousy process

I hate going to the dentist but that changed after seeing Dr. Bhatt. He's so nice and explained everything to me. I had some work done that I had put off for years but Dr. Bhatt took care of me and I haven't had any issues since! Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good dentist who knows what he's doing and cares about his patients!

Dr.Shailesh Bhatt is amazing. I've been seeing him for my dental care for 25+ years, because he's the first dentist where I haven't experienced pain when getting the injections. He's very gentle and explains everything. I can't imagine why it's a 2 star!! Professional and top expertise. Highly recommend this dental office. Thumbs up.

I worked for Dr.shaileshkumar Bhatt about two months, Thursday and Friday only at his San Bernardino location. Due to he canceled my working days at anytime with very short verbal note, I quit the job. He promised pay my last two days which were September 10 and 11 no later than the end of October 2020, I don't receive any check. He practiced dentistry in this country since 1985, what the business philosophy!

Been here three times. The first time I didn't really trust the competence of my dentist (blonde woman) who told me my gums were fine even though I know I have periodontal disease. She filled a few cavities, but when I pointed out that I can feel a crevice at the back of my mouth that I think is a cavity, she just brushed it off. When filling my other cavities she looks closer at the tooth I told her about and she starts to agree that it's a cavity but needs to take a closer look once my wisdom teeth are removed. The second time was to remove my wisdom teeth. I had Dr. Jimmy Policarpio. He was gentle and friendly. Did a good job pulling all four out, even an impacted one that took the longest. Overall, the procedure wasn't as bad as I imagined and was completed on two hours. Third time I came back to get a check up on my gums post wisdom tooth extraction because the bone graft on one of the sockets seemed to be exposed still despite almost a month after the procedure. My appointment was at 11am. They call me in at 11:38, and now I'm writing this post while waiting in the patient chair at 12:02. Over an HOUR PAST MY APPOINTMENT TIME. I would like to get up and leave but my husband is currently in the other room waiting for his cleaning to be done. His appointment was at 10:30. It's now 12:14 and he's still waiting. FOR A SIMPLE CHECK UP AND CLEANING. Horrible. Will be changing dental offices as soon as we get home..

If ur looking for a nice friendly, no pain place for ur dentistry work....THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! I'd forgotten I was here a few years ago and I'm glad I read reviews before my appointment. It reminded me of just how terrible this place is. They tried extorting $35.00 for canceling my appointment. Their office manager was very rude and unprofessional. THE WORSE PLACE U CAN POSSIBLY BE..DO NOT DO IT! JUST SAYIN'

I would not recommend this office for any type of dental procedure . My mother in law had paid for dentures that were ill fitting and she continued to complain that they were not fitting. She developed sores on the gums from wearing what was provided to her . They even went as far as gluing some type of paste on the top of the dentures to make them fit ! We requested to have a reimbursement as we had to pay out of pocket and the office manager was very volatile in her response. Clearly we were not getting any reimbursement or any effort on their part to satisfy a customer . I warn other people that this dental office are not out to do a honest trustworthy work. The doctor who performed the dentures was Dr Bhatt. He refused after much pain and suffering by my mother in law to do any compensation or reimbursement for his failed work . On a brighter note we have sought out a new dentist who according to my mother in law has done a tremendous amount of work making sure her new dentures fit properly . I may also add that once we paid out of pocket for the dentures and my mother in law kept returning for dentures to be re fitted and to without my knowledge they were charging my credit card. She is an older woman and she just assumed they were doing what was best .I wasn't made aware that they are not suppose to do this first without my acknowledgement and that I was told by another dental office that refitting is already included in the dentures original fee. It's as if you bought a new car and the tires keep falling off but the dealer is charging you for putting them back on over and over again . I just want the public to be aware that there are good honest dentists and that there are untrustworthy dentist who just want to make $$ . It's a shame that they would tread an elderly person this way .
