Dr. Maria Shayan is a 2008 NSU College of Dentistry graduate, with over 20 years of Experience working with adults and children to promote healthy dental habits. Dr. Maria Shayan has been a noted member of the city of Margate Chamber for her many years of dental services. Dr. Shayan has an Implant fellowship from the University of Florida with Implant Educators. Currently, she owns her own practice named Smile at Margate in the great city of Margate.
In addition to general dentistry, she also specializes in Cosmetics such as Smile makeovers, veneers, and Lumineers, Botox & Juvederm. I love to travel with my family as well. I graduated in 2015 as a dental assistant. Ever since then I have been with Smile of Margate team since 2016. it has been a great experience. I learned new things and meet new people. My favorite part of dentistry is seeing the results of the beautiful cosmetic dentistry and what it can do for my patients. This place is great. The attention is very nice. You never have doubts, they always explain in detail how the treatment processes are. I am a health professional and I know when there is a health personnel, they prioritize the human and the well-being of their patients, and in this place that is the priority. All the girls were very nice, I didn't have to wait. I arrived at my appointment time and was seen as soon as I gave my information. As a human being and a health professional, I recommend this office.

This place is awesome, not only are they extremely pleasant, they genuinely care about the patient's well-being. I came in for my appointment hungry because I didn't get a chance to eat beforehand, would you believe they gave me something to eat, can you imagine that! Mind- blowing! So here is how I ended up here, it is close to my daughter's school and I needed a second opinion. The first dentist I sent too for tooth pain told me that I needed $10,000 worth of work to fix what was causing the pain. Dr Shayan did x-rays and further due diligence and said I needed a deep scaling to stop my pain. Guess what, she was right, saved me more than $9000 she knows her stuff. Need I say more, my second opinion is now my only option! Get yourself a knowledgeable, pleasant, caring dental team.

I came here because I had a dental emergency causing me a lot of pain. From the moment I first contacted them, they were extremely helpful, and caring. They found the root cause and fixed the issue very fast. I would highly recommend to anyone in area, they are only great people go work here!!!!
