Second time I was there they wanted to take pics etc again . I didn't let them , why ?? (More money from me or insurance) They already had them . So after the conversation they found the pics Dentist (Arash) didn't want to do fillings , cause there's no money in it. He kept sending the tech to talk to me , I felt bad for her in between us . She kept saying dentist says I need crowns , no I didn't . He should have come talk to me himself ! I had an appointment, where was he ? Very unprofessional!! I've already got what I need somewhere else without a problem. Guess what I didn't need crowns ! Shady place . Everything is not about money , didn't they teach you that In dental school ? Help people , don't try screw them over

Wonderful dental experience. The front desk & schedulers are so nice, the tech who took care of me was great, and the hygienist did such a fantastic & thorough job. Dr. Shakoori herself is a lovely & considerate professional and the practice is very comfortable and clean.

I had a great experience at Dr. Shakoori's office. The environment is very pleasant and welcoming, and Dr. Shakoori herself is fantastic! Her knowledge and care are obvious in the way she interacts with her patients, and she is very attentive. I'm so happy to have her as my dentist.

The office is so lovely and everyone who works here is super nice and professional. I'm someone who has a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental work, and all of the doctors and staff here are fabulous and put you right at ease. Every visit I've had has been an extremely positive experience.

I have been in their Potomac office twice and every time I received excellent services. Dr. Shakoori is very nice and knowledgeable, staffs are very friendly and office is super clean and beautiful.

Great experience at Smile Arts Dentistry. Dental hygienist Sarah was the most informative and comprehensive I have seen to date. Very relaxing and friendly office and staff. Dr. Shakoori is a pro as well. Highly recommend.

My entire family including myself have been visiting Dr.Sakoori & Dr.Azad for more than a decade. No doubt, they are highly experienced, very professional, and the most important one being very caring. besides, the rest of staff including office manager and hygienist are helpful, very skilled and welcoming!

My entire family and I have been seeing Dr. Shakoori for years. She is kind, gentle, with a soft touch which is very important for a dentist. The entire staff at Smile Arts is super welcoming and warm. Can't imagine ever going anywhere else.

A truly professional experience from start to finish. The entire team starting with Dr. Behnaz Shakoori is professional, friendly, caring and transparent. You always know the plan and the timetable. It is such a pleasure to walk in and always have your appointment on time. Patient service is clearly top of mind throughout the team. Lastly, the environment is warm and inviting, and they do a great job of using technology to eliminate annoyances frequently experienced elsewhere. Highly recommend.

First I just want to say thank you to the whole team because everyone played a part here and excellent job with working together for MY NEEDS! I love the atmosphere very clean and professional just how I like it, but it was the service for me! Wow results results ..results .. is all I can say Go book for Botox and filler you won't regret it!!! I'll be back soon

Dr. Shakoori is the most professional, experienced, compassionate dentist that I've had the privilege of knowing. She has been my dentist for over 20 years and I trust her expertise 100%. She is extremely compassionate and addresses all the needs of the patient while providing top notch care. The staff are also very friendly, accommodating and professional.
