Born and raised in Ponca City, OK, Dr. Aaron attended the Universityof Oklahoma where he received a B.A. in Electrical Engineering and completed a graduate degree from theOU College ofDentistry. After graduation he joined the U.S. Air force and completed an AdvancedEducation General Dentistry Residency in Shreveport, LA. He received advanced training in specialty care such as IV sedation (sleep dentistry),implants, laser oral surgery, wisdom teeth extractions, and periodontal surgeries. He was stationed in Charleston,SC, where he utilized his training by serving our country's finest servicemen and women. Ready to come back home to Oklahoma, he created Smile Arts Dental in May 2013 and is grateful for the opportunity to share his extensive trainingwith his native Oklahomans and friends.
Dr Aaron met his wife Jessica in dental school, who is also a part-time hygienistat the practice. They have two beautiful children, whom are the light of their lives. Dr Aaron loves playing golf, Oklahoma Sooner football, and OKC Thunder basketball.
Born in Vietnam but grew up in Oklahoma, Dr. Nguyen received his dental degree from the OU College of Dentistry. His mission is to restore his patients smile along with their confidence and self-esteem. He finds that to be truly rewarding. Dr. Nguyen eats, sleeps, and breathes all things Boomer Sooner but promises to treat his patients (including Cowboy fans) like family with the utmost respect.Dr. Nguyen gives back to the community by volunteering at the Oklahoma Mission of Mercy every year providing free dental care to patients in need. In his free time, he enjoys golf, tennis, spending time with his adorable puppy, Ace, and traveling and exploring the world with his wife. They are expecting their first baby in September 2020!
Raised in Green Bay Wisconsin (Go PACKERS!!) and alumni of the University of Wisconsin(GO BADGERS!), Dr. Kratzer attended dental school in PA. There she also met her husband, Dr. Daniel Kratzer, DMD, partner of Orthodontic Specialists of Oklahoma. Together they have three beautiful children: Eliza, Luke, and Evan, whom are her favorite patients. Eliza loves art, Luke loves sports, and Evan loves to ride his bike.
Dr Pat grew up in Ponca City, OK and graduated from theOU College ofDentistryin 1982. He built PatrickCohenour Family Dentistry (now Smile Arts Dental) from the ground up in1982 in Mustang and grew the dedicated patient base that we now serve. Dr. Pat graduated as valedictorian of his class and has held the philosophy that his patients deserve the finest dental care available and spends the time necessary to doso. A gentle touch is only one of his appreciated qualities. After 30+ years of full-time dentistry, Dr. Pat has begun working part-time but is still seeing patients on request.
Dr Pat is married to his wife Cyndi and they have two cats: Rinni and Zac.Patrick enjoys aviation and is actively involved in the local EAA chapterand the Young Eagles flying program where he gives free airplane flights tolocal children to cultivate their interest in aviation. They both enjoy attending all Oklahoma Soonerssporting events and OKC Thunder basketball games.
