When it comes to comfort and care, I must admit this office takes the cake..I wasn't necessarily a fan of dentists but when I had my first visit I knew I found the right place. I greeted with a smile, and received the upmost attention. Their work was phenomenal and demonstrated they actually cared about my health, from beginning to end I received the best education to improve little things. I'm happy to see the team again and know I'm in great hands. Thank you for all your help Dr Beth, Patty, Julie, Tammy, Karyn and Maha.

I love this office!!! Thank you to everyone for making me feel confident about my smile and making it beautiful. It has been a great experience every time I come in. Dr. Beth is fantastic in her care and dedication to her work.

Dental issues... yep, I've had them. It's not worth writing about what I've experienced in the past. Today is real, not a memory. And since I've had three appointments with Smile Arizona Dentistry, I have been very very happy with Dr Beth and the team. I went in scared, and each time, each person interacting with me was very very kind. I do my best to be calm and friendly, despite the fear. It feels like a harmonious, professional team, doing everything they can to educate and help people. I am not gullible, I know that my mouth and teeth have complicated things going on... but I am not going to blame them for my situation. They have been so helpful and it makes a huge difference for me that each of the people have been kind, I liked their dedication to educating me and I trust their expertise. Thank you.

Dr. Beth tried to get my to sign a non-disclose agreement after my experience with her. I clearly didn't sign it. Dr. Beth was very condescending and narcissistic to me as a patient. She gave me hell to get $71 refunded for a procedure I had declined in the past and she did anyway without me knowing. She will oversell as much as she can to you under the guise of being "medically necessary", or fear-mongering you, then become upset when you pushback. I was appalled and disappointed by her lack of professionalism and accountability as a dental provider. I really should've looked at these reviews more carefully as I'm clearly not the only one. I've attached this picture just incase she tries to also say I'm not a patient of record on Yelp. Reconsider your un-ethical business practices, Dr. Beth. Shame on you. Her staff is very nice though.

Fantastic office and highly recommend. Dr. Beth is an expert in her work and cares about her patients. This office is set apart by the wide range of services available in one location. With high quality of care and the personalized experience that you don't find often. They take time to get to know you and your dental goals and offer Laser skin treatments that work!!!! Thank you too the staff and Dr. Beth for making my smile and skin healthy and given me confidence!

I waited far too long to get my aching teeth looked at. Don't be dumb like me and put off your dental care any longer! Dr. Beth and her staff have been fantastic. They took the time to answer my questions, laid out a treatment plan, and now I'm on track to continue on my dental health journey. I'm so glad I entrusted Smile Arizona Dentistry with my dental needs. Now I can smile more confidently and drink cold drinks again; life is good!!!

Dr Beth is an amazing person and her team as well and for someone with a background of severe trauma I have finally found a dentist that makes me feel safe and I NEVER thought I'd say those words but I feel safe in her office and her staff has a certain peace about them and they explain everything so you don't feel dumb but Instead well educated and like your money is being invested properly into you and your oral health. Highly recommend this office if you want quality care and experience that shows in a small town feel and excellent service. Thank you smile Arizona dentistry!

Most unprofessional office, they are bullies that try to just get money out of you! They claimed to not be able to bill our insurance that we had to pay for everything. When we refused to make a follow up appointment until they figured out how to bill our insurance they attempted to bully us saying we owe them money if we ever go back and that they are " letting our insurance provider know." Like what does that do, does my mom work for the insurance company am i going to be grounded for refusing to be miss billed and bullied? Is the insurance company going to send them a medal for saving them money by not knowing what your doing after 70 years? I would not recommend this dentistry!!

I left shocked. My husband and I went in for a cleaning. We were new patients. Dr. Beth examined my husband first. She said he needed a deep cleaning and that he has deep staining. She then whispered to me, I think he has been secretly smoking. I was shocked she would even say something like that. Now on to my exam - she started checking the depths of my gums - she was poking so hard that I had tears in my eyes. I thought is she doing this on purpose to make my gums bleed? She gave me a mirror so I could look at my bleeding gums, my mouth was full of blood. She then tells me I have gingivitis and need a deep cleaning. I said to her In all the years I have been going to the dentist I have never been told I have gingivitis nor have my gums bleed like they are now. I go to the dentist twice a year. Watch out for this place - their main goal is to charge you for as much as possible!

These girls are great!. The compassion and knowledge is a good thing to have when you are having work done on your teeth. I thank them for their services. If you need dental work, see Dr. Beth!

Dr. Beth and her staff are so friendly and informative, not to mention they actually care about the patient they are seeing!!! By far the best dentist I've ever had!!!! My name is Jovanna lol Update had my cavity fillers done today and got a new handy dandy toothbrush, Dr.Beth and the girls are absolutely wonderful, they take such good care of me and my teeth. I've never been more happy and excited to see the dentist ever! So to be excited to see Dr.Beth says a lot. Absolutely love smile Arizona and the girls!!!! As said before BEST DENTIST IVE EVER HAD!!! -Jovanna

I went to this dental office today for an exam and cleaning. I was completely blown away by how awesome the staff is. Both Dr. Beth & Kristina, the hygienist, took their time to explain everything to me, which really helped put my anxiety at ease. They were very thorough with the assessments and cleaning. I'm super happy to be a patient at this office!! I recommend to everyone :)

Never did I think I would be leaving a review like this for Dr. Beth's practice. Dr. Beth herself is great! But her staff as of recently? Not so great. I called to see about rescheduling my appointment that the dental hygienist had me make at my last cleaning (over 6 months ago) when I had no idea what my future schedule would be like in 6 months time. I'm not mad that she couldn't fit me into the schedule. I'm disappointed about how the dental tech who answered the phone had an attitude & would not answer my questions. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt, perhaps she was having a really crummy day. We've all had those. With that in mind, she could have at the very least answered my questions with an attitude & I would have been satisfied. But alas, I am here writing this review & searching for a new practice to use over the summer. As a student in professional school & a veterinary technician who was cross trained as a receptionist, I expect better. Especially in human medicine!!! If this is the example being set for new & young professionals - it is a poor example. If a dental hygienist cannot successfully handle a phone call in a professional manner then she has no business answering the phone - leave it for the receptionst. I have great respect for the amount of hard work & knowledge that Dr. Beth endured in professional school but the staff is the first impression that a client will get of the doctor. And as someone who isn't even to their mid twenties yet, I am appalled that I (and others my age) have more professional manners than someone who has probably been in professional dentistry longer than I have been out of high school. I am a strong contender of setting a good example in whatever you do & this was not it. My questions weren't difficult either: 1. Does Dr. Beth have a local colleague she can recommend? 2. If you're open Mondays, yet don't do teeth cleanings, what does the practice do on Mondays?

Fantastic dentist and staff. My gingivitis is gone and I'm using a new and much better toothbrush now that Dr. Beth is taking care of my teeth. Highly recommended.
