Dr. Youngker and his staff are friendly and competent. Much of his staff is especially personable. I am pleased with the outcome of my orthodontic work. Appointments were easy to schedule and the email reminders were great (if only they could be the sole reminder). One suggestion would be to explain what is happening before and during each appointment. Every appointment was a surprise for what to expect and what was happening. If I knew what was happening, I could have prepared questions and myself for the appointment. Important note: If you are a responsible person who will follow the doctor's guidelines to the best of your ability, this probably isn't the place for you. You are treated like you won't follow the rules every step of the way, even if you are. I was given a permanent lower retainer under the assumption that I wouldn't wear my retainer and then treated like I was being unreasonable when I asked to have it removed a year later. Even though both removable retainers still fit perfectly.
