First time coming to this dental office appointment and had a great experience. The staff and dentist were great, friendly and patient.. Explained all and answered any questions I had. Happy with this appointment and would definitely recommend this dentist and come here.

Went in for a check up and cleaning today. The receptionist/assistant is welcoming and Dr. Lee is so thorough with his exams, he really takes his time to explain the treatment and address all questions and concerns. Office looks very clean and modern!

I usually don't leave reviews but my son asked me to make sure to leave a good review. Dr. Lee and Dr. Chung helped to take the fear of dentists out of my three children! The entire staff was extremely helpful and professional. The last dental office made them feel horrible and uncomfortable for needing dental work. My children felt very comfortable and appreciated by Dr. Lee and Dr. Chung. Thank you to Dr. Lee, Dr. Chung and their amazing staff!

From the moment I walked in the front desk woman (IRENE) was kind, paperwork prepared, and even offered water before she took me to do the X-rays which she was asking how I was the entire time, overall very understanding! Dr. Nathan Lee came in shortly after and was professional, knowledgeable, very patient and answered all of my questions. If you have a former bad experience and the dentist is daunting to you, I would highly recommend them to change your outlook. Thank you again for your treatment!! See you soon.

Amazing service. Dr Chung was so knowledgeable about his work, kind, considerate, and made you feel at ease. The tech and the receptionist were kind and easy going too. They speak Korean English and Spanish here, and if you're a fellow Boston College Eagle, they have a fellow alumnus here too :)

After taking my teenager to Smile Again, she asked if we could never go anywhere else ever again! For a kid (and her mom) who have seemingly never endless dental anxiety, you couldn't ask for a better dental office. From Julia at the front desk to the dentist himself, our experience here has been gentle and supportive. Thanks for making it a little less terrifying, Smile Again!

Dr. Lee was amazing! He was thorough, friendly, and was very clear about his approach. He gave me options to consider, explained things well and and answered any questions I had. His office staff is very approachable and friendly too. They're also professional which I appreciate. I will be coming back for more dental work and I highly recommend Dr. Nathan Lee!

I absolutely love the staff at smile again dentist!!! They explain all procedures in detail and take the time to answer in detail any questions that I may have. Very comfortable, professional, clean and friendly service.

Cry again place; horrible fixed my teeth. The feeling is ugly and uncomfortable. My teeth didn't hurt at all before had a little cavity that went to fix, now struggling with huge pain and can't eat for a week now. Also, have a headache . Going to other dental to see what is going on with my teeth. Please don't believe fake reviews. Take care of your health and go somewhere else.

Went in for a general checkup, basic clean and x-Ray. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, the doctor was very efficient and gentle in the cleaning process. Was very communicative throughout and aware of any sensitive areas. Explained everything clearly and in detail afterwards. I would recommended.
