Dr. Jay Cole is originally from Puyallup, Washington. He received his bachelors degree in psychology from the University of Washington and his DDS from Northwestern University. Later, he completed his pediatric residency at the Childrens Memorial Hospital in Chicago.
Dr. Wold is originally from Neola, Utah. He received his bachelors degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho and his DMD and Master of Public Health degrees from the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health and A. T. Still University. He then completed his pediatric residency at the University of Southern California.
A native of Cheyenne, Dr. Genho was drawn to the field of pediatric dentistry because of her love for children and desire to promote healthy oral habits. Dr. Genho finds great pleasure in helping young children grow into happy and confident dental patients who will be proud of their smile. She received her bachelors degree from Brigham Young University and her DDS from Creighton University.
Dr. Allen grew up on a small farm near Sutton, Nebraska. She recieved her bachelors degree in biology from Wayne State College. Dr. Allen continued her education in Arizona at Midwestern University to earn her masters in biomedical science followed by her DMD.
Prior to joining the Smile Academy team, Dr. Allen lived and worked in the Smoky Mountains of Western North Carolina, where she met her husband Billy. The two enjoy playing volleyball, traveling, and camping. Dr. Allen loves pigs, marshmallows, and the color purple.
Dr. Callie Owen Holwegner was born and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming. She is truly a hometown girl, attending elementary school, junior high and high school in Cheyenne before studying at the University of Wyoming in Laramie, Wyoming. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, followed by her Master of Science degree in Oral biology and a certificate in Orthodontics, all at the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry.
She is so excited to be back in Cheyenne to share her passion for orthodontics with her patients! Dr. Holwegner met her husband, Mathew, while attending the University of Wyoming and their two sons Elijah and Lucas keep them very busy. In her free time, Dr. Holwegner enjoys watching and participating in all kinds of sports!
Dr. Cal Bullock earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at Creighton University in Omaha Nebraska. While attending this University he consistently achieved academic excellence and inclusion on the Deans Honor Roll. Dr. Bullock was able to serve the community of Omaha and the state of Nebraska by serving in a community health clinic as well as volunteering for Give Kids a Smile day and the pediatric portion of the Nebraska Mission of Mercy.
residency, which was established by the Lutheran Medical Center in New York City, was located in a community clinic on the Eastern shore of Maryland due to the extensive oral health needs of that area. During his residency Dr. Bullock gained extensive experience with advanced behavior management techniques while working with anxious and uncooperative children affected by severe early childhood decay in this underserved population. After completion of this two year advanced training program, Dr. Bullock returns to Billings as a certified and board eligible clinician specializing in infant, child and adolescent oral health care. For Dr. Bullock, the most rewarding aspect of dentistry is watching a previously anxious patient begin to enjoy return trips to the dentist and treating a once fearful child who is now at ease in a dental chair.
Dr. Bullock grew up in Cody, Wyoming and is excited to return to the Rocky Mountains. He and his wife, Amanda (whom he met on an airplane), have three exuberant little girls. Dr. Bullock and his family love all things outdoors be it camping, fishing and hunting, or rock climbing, biking or snowboarding.
