He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 1998 from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, following his undergraduate degree from Olivet College. After graduation, he enlisted in the United States Navy and proudly served our country for 12 years, completing his service at the rank of Commander in 2010 at MacDill Airforce Base in Tampa, Florida.
Throughout his military career Dr. Byars continued his education, completing a yearlong fellowship in oral surgery. While stationed in Sicily, Italy he provided families with their surgical and general dental care. In 2008 Dr. Byars accepted a special assignment and was one of only three sailors attached to Naval Station Bahrain, followed by a transfer to Key West, and then on to Tampa.
Nicole is originally from Michigan but was raised in Sarasota, FL. She has been in the dental field for 25 years. This is her 4th dental practice she has managed however she has worked in all aspects of the dental field. Nicole recently moved to the Riverview, FL area last year and absolutely loves it! In her spare time you will find her relaxing at the beach or hanging out with family and friends
Tracy has been an EFDA (Expanded Functions Dental Assistant) for 26th years. She graduated from Manatee Vocational School in Bradenton, FL. Tracy strives to make patients comfortable and at ease during treatment. Her motto is treat patients the way that you want to be treated. Tracy like to spend her spare time relaxing and spending time with her two children.
Schera is our in-house dental technician. She has been in the field for over 10 years, and is exceptional in the art of dental design. When she's not designing new smiles. She enjoys SUP boarding, and is an animal lover.

Dr Byars and his entire staff are absolutely amazing. They are patient and take the time to answer any questions you may have. They are very personable yet professional at all times. They make your visit pleasurable and make you feel at ease. They are extremely knowlegeble about and deticated to their practice. They just make you want to smile. It doesent hurt that they also make that smile look great. I also love and completely respect his military service. He sacrificed time away from his loved ones in order to keep our military healthy and able to stay in their heading the game, wich allowed him and many others to return home to our safely our families.

Dr Byers and his staff are the best of the best. They always take time to explain details, expectations and take care of any issues. I never liked going to a dentist office my whole life, but I actually look forward to going now because the staff has become like family, I know I'm going to be taken care of with expertise and I love seeing them all . I travel to this office from Clearwater and the traffic is a pain , but it is always worth it.

Dr. Byars and his staff are extremely knowledgable and kind. My treatment today went smooth and they were thorough with after treatment care. I work in the dental industry and I know good quality work when I see it and this office has it! If you need any dental procedure done, this is the place to go!

Smile 360 is an amazing and caring dentistry. Katie went above and beyond to ensure that I walked out there with my temporary tooth before my procedure. And Dr.Byers was an amazing and considerate and really made sure I received the procedure best for me. Would recommend them to anybody.

My experience with Dr. Byers and his staff was absolutely amazing. His staff were very warm and pleasant. They were attentive to my concerns and made me feel very comfortable. They were right when they said I wouldn't feel much pain. I look forward to my final reveal in a few months. I thank you Dr. Byars, Tracy, Nicole & entire staff for taking great care of me. Dr. Byars is a brilliant dentist! He's replaced 6 veneers with bad margins that my prior dentist did <6yrs ago and most recently redid a couple of crowns. His staff is equally gifted and each have a great chair-side manner! The office is beautiful, very spa-like. 10-stars !

I have to say this was the best dental experience I've had, from the receptionist to the dental assistant lady and last but not least Dr.Byars. such a beautiful office, very clean and very welcoming. Dr.Byars is such an amazing person, very gentle and kind hearted. After everything I've been thru in my personal life I have been so scared and worried about going to a dentist but let me tell you this visit went thru so smooth. Iam grateful and excited to start this journey. Can't wait to be able to smile once again
