Took my kids there today and the receptionist/manager was extremely rude. She demanded we give her our kids ssn#. We felt uncomfortable and expressed that to her, so she demanded our ssn#. The end result, my kids never got to see a dentist. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I've been a patient at Smilage for well over a decade and it's excellent all around. Most people don't like dental visits but I trust the professionals there completely. They handle all services, the staff is friendly and caring and they made me feel safe even during the Pandemic.

We are very disappointed. My wife did a filling here, after the anesthesia goes away she found there's a cut under the tongue, and a scratch on her face. They did not tell us this during the treatment and they don't admit this is their mistake afterwards. We went back the other day, a doctor sees us and write down a medicine we can take but they would not reimbursement that.

I have been a patient at this clinic for a while now and honestly speaking, I am in love with thier services. They are clean, professional, and efficient. Being a person who is terrified of needles and frankly speaking dentists, I most especially honor DR. CHERYL SHAO who has always gone out of her way to make me feel comfortable and at ease while at the same time carrying out her work with excellent. I live very far from the clinic but my willingness to travel the long distance attestifies to my satisfaction in the work that Dr. Cheryl Shao had done.

I have worked at several dental offices in the past and I'm very particular about where I go and where I take my son; because I know the ins and outs of infection control. I always pay attention to detail to make sure places are following standards. This office is VERY clean. They clearly have put so much into their business and have a beautiful practice. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Services have always been very straight forward. I recommend this practice to anyone that is looking for a good, long term dentist.

Dr. Tam has been my dentist for many years. I highly recommend him. You wont be disappointed. However, since the Covid-19, I've been canceled indefinitely as of last Spring (2020) for cleaning and have I not been contacted ever since then.

Spoke with Lily. I advised her I was going to be late, therefore, I wanted to reschedule or advised that I was going to be running a few minutes late. & she immediately wanted to charge $35 because I live in Framingham. I explained to her I was coming from work & since there on RT it was only going to be a few minutes. She did not want to reschedule my appointment because I was going to be late the next time around. Extremely terrible service. I called the week prior, I was scheduled an appointment at 10am on a Saturday, I did as they advised called ahead and wait at the parking lot due to the COVID. No one answered for 30 minutes and I finally went upstairs just to find out they closed the office without advising. Therefore, I shouldn't have been charged or should be charge a $35 fee when my original appointment I waited in the parking lot. All I wanted was a simple cleaning, my experience with Lily today was extremely unprofessional and I am going to further make another complaint.
