Before any procedure requiring anesthetic, it is important to alert team members to medical conditions that may be of concern. These may include heart disease, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, diabetes, rheumatic fever, etc. Also please let us know if you are on any medication that may affect the procedure (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, blood thinners, etc.) or if you require medication before dental cleanings (i.e. antibiotics premedication.)
We take pride in delivering the finest dental care while keeping the costs to our patients as reasonable as possible, as such, our policy is that payment (or financing) is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have previously been made.

Terrible place worst experience ever lack of professionalism all staff members seem to be having a bad day they treat patients with terrible attitude. Back office staff and front office staff yell and curse at each other in-front of patients and children and when you try to complain and talk to a supervisor in regards their rude behavior they tell you to shut up and that their office dose not have a management person in charge! TERRIBLE!!

Hello to all read this review I took my son to do a check up on his teeth beginning everything was looking OK had only five cavities and they said he Might need some crowns three or four then we like OK schedule an appointment when we arrived on the appointment window and my son had anesthesia Story was changed that my son need it more than 13 crowns we denied that and we told him to fix the one that really need. Me and my wife we went through his teeth and everything looks ok little cavities up in there But not crown .the use for a crown it's only when the teeth is have a bigger cavities and if you clean it is going to leave smaller tooth. Then on the way out when they were able to release my son the guy who brought my son out so rude his name ( joel ) that he was waving us out like an animal. No he got me really mad I was already stressed out over my son to have a guy like that treating us at the end of day. Make sure your son need what they told you he need before you put him to sleep.

This place is horrible!! They never have enough staff. If your booking an appointment be prepared for a loooongggg wait. And don't be fooled by the fact that they are calling you to the chair quickly because they will have you waiting in the chair for more than an hour. Both the kids and the adults side is terrible!!! So if you have your own non state funded insurance you def should find a better dentist

My kids have been with Dr. Salazar since they were infants she has treated my kids like her own. She takes her time and listens to their needs. It's very rare to find a Dentist like Dr. Salazar!!

This dentist is a great place to bring your kids. All of my kids have been coming here for years now and it's always been a painless process. From checkups to cleanings the staff is always very professional and they create a safe space for my kids. I love bringing my kids here because I know what I'm getting--sufficient staff and great work done. Thank you guys and gals for being THE BEST DENTIST OFFICE EVER!

I love going to Smart Start Dental. The staff here are so friendly and so with the Dentists. I always feel anxious when I lay down on the dental chair but here at Smart Start Dental my doctor assures me that I'll be fine and it calms down my anxiety. He understand how I feel and lets me sit up if I need to do deep breathing and get some air. I will recommend this Dental Clinic to my friends and co-workers.

I was given a referral for this office. Once I arrived the front desk was going back forth with a family. Upon listening more apparently this is an office was formally youthful tooth and didn't have a very great history. I have chosen not to bring my child here due to the history. I am unsure if the name change ment new staff but I myself didn't take the chance. I will find another children's dentist
