Before any procedure requiring anesthetic, it is important to alert team members to medical conditions that may be of concern. These may include heart disease, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, diabetes, rheumatic fever, etc. Also please let us know if you are on any medication that may affect the procedure (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, blood thinners, etc.) or if you require medication before dental cleanings (i.e. antibiotics premedication.)
We take pride in delivering the finest dental care while keeping the costs to our patients as reasonable as possible, as such, our policy is that payment (or financing) is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have previously been made.

Doctor and assistants never communicate, alway waste time. they are definitely terrible. I don't know the 5 stars reviews how will show up. But please don't believe that.

Absolutely terrible dentistry to go to. I would not Recommend people going there Specially for seniors. Their receptionist is very unprofessional at doing their job and dealing what patients. Consider fire 3x in my book. I took dad in March for examination and they Recommend deep cleaning so i said ok. Then I waited three weeks for them to respond back because of the insurance Situation. Then the Fourth week the insurance sent me a letter saying it was denied. So i call the dentist office to see why it take so long to respond back to me. I also told them that i just spoken to the insurance and my dad is good for Regular cleaning is there any chance he can get regular cleaning instead. The receptionist just Shuts me out and said that the Doctor recommended deep cleaning only and then Hung up. Try to call back , but every time I did. It went to an machine. If I could post this with no star that'll be it.

I went to the the office after 18 mons of quarantine and I had 4 cavities and was very nervous and anxious to have them worked on all at once. I had never had 4 cavities at one time. The stay was wonderful and eased my anxiety and had me in and out of the chair in no time. I really appreciated their kindness and wonderful bedside manner.

Scheduling for appointment was a breeze. Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. The Dentist and the rest of the staff made feel at ease. My procedure was a very pleasant experience dentist fully explained on what needs to be done and performed procedure to my satisfaction.I highly recommend smart start dental and would trust them for my future dental needs.

The receptionist answering the phone today was kept hanging up in my face mid sentence and never stated I can't hear you and just hung up the phone and then when I tried to call back she kept sending me to a live answering machine and that is very unprofessional for a business if its bad reception say bad reception before you just hang up very bad customer service for today

My family and I have been going here for years and they're great. Making an appointment is always very easy and the staff and doctors are great! They're all super patient with me and they always make sure that I'm well taken care of and my teeth are good and healthy.

Recently had a root canal and crown performed. I originally dreaded it. It turned out relatively pleasant. The doctor was very light handed. It helped that he was very friendly and had a sense of humor. Staff was very friendly and attentive too!

I went in last week for a routine cleaning as I haven't had one since before Covid. I am usually a little nervous at the dentists but the doctors and staff at Smart Start dental were amazing and put my nerves at ease.
