I've been a patient for probably 35 years. I dont trust anyone else. Gentle, kind and professional. He will not do work that isn't needed and will also recommend natural approaches to oral health.

I have been to 4 different dentists in Coeur d'Alene and Dr. Smart is the best by far. He is patient and kind and answered all my questions on my first visit to his office. The follow-up visit with the dental hygienist was just as pleasant. I am not a good patient, but both visits were great.

Oh my gosh. I had a terrible tooth ache and I'm here visiting my sister from Wisconsin. She called and Dr Smarts office got me in and pulled a broken tooth. I had absolutely no pain at all. Everyone here is so nice and the caring. I will for sure be continuing my dental care here when I move in October.
