Stealing deductibles!! My family and I had been going to this dentist for over 30 years, even stuck with it when ownership changed. At first the new Dr was fine and we had no complaints. However about a year ago we were being charge deductibles for preventative care, our insurance covers this care 100%. The Dr would not begin work until this deductible was paid. After questioning this charge the receptionist suggested we pay the deductible or wait until they could contact the insurance. If paid we would get a refund once they contacted the insurance. I ended up paying the deductible, we had trusted the receptionist because we had know her for decades, and called them back multiple times after to receive the promised refund. Instead they said they applied it to an outstanding balance I had from the prior year for an xray. I had not been to the dentist for 2 years and I know I did not have a outstanding balance, especially for an xray which my insurance also covers. Long story short this scenario happened to 2 other family members with different insurance companies!!! We will not be back to this dentist. The quality of work is acceptable but stealing deductibles multiple times was not.

Scam. Won't do regular teeth cleaning via Hygienist. Must receive $2000 "Deep" cleaning by Dentist. In business to milk senior insurance for profit.

They were able to work with my restricted medical and get me the best price possible. At the Front desk Patty and Linda were extremely kind and helpful and the dentist he's great too! They people in the back do their best to make you feel comfortable and they get you in and out asap . Thanks Smart Dental

Very polite and professional dentist and his crew. They made 3 fillings. I am glad that I found such a good dentist in my town.
