I've been going to Dr. Sifri for almost 10 years now. He and his team at Smart Dental are simply outstanding. Shane at the front desk, the hygienists, and Dr. Sifri himself are so pleasant, kind, and thoughtful. My appointments are always timely, and the team has been flexible when I've had urgent needs in the past. I'd highly recommend Smart Dental to anyway looking for a new dentist.

I have been treating in Smart dental for years. And this is the place in town that I love most. I know, it sounds weird, but is true. Dr Sifri is a fantastic professional and super realistic. I'm from a different country,so is a little bit more hard to trust. If you are reading this, believe me, he is the best Dentista and you and your love ones will be in the best hands possible.

Looking for a great dentist? Look no further. After a terrible experience with another dentist, completely unrelated to this office, I started seeing Dr. Sifri about a year and a half ago. Dr. Sifri has since helped me through two crowns and a root canal. I have found that Dr. Sifri and staff are always welcoming, thorough, friendly while yet professional and extremely competent and knowledgeable. Truly great people and great dental care. Check them out you will not be disappointed.

EDIT - October 5, 2020 - some time later, and this dentist office still very easily rates as the best, most informative office you can visit. I wish my insurance included this dentist. I have yet to find an office that can compare. Original post follows - I am very choosy about the money I spend on my teeth. Where dentists are concerned, there seems to be little way to know if the service is worth the cost until one finds oneself in a situation that includes having to pay out of pocket to fix a bad dentist's work. Dr. Sifri is the best dentist I've encountered - and it appears that he employs only the best as well - because his team is equally stellar. They have helped to correct some nasty issues with my teeth, and have become a team of people I rely on to keep my mouth as healthy as it can be. Sounds maybe a bit corny - but something that is a massive relief to anyone who has had major dental issues.

I have been coming here for regular cleanings for 4 years now. Today I had my first procedure (replacing an old filling from 7 years ago), and they were wonderful. They took so much time to ensure I was properly numb, and would explain every dental maneuver they were performing, as they performed it. They also used a dental dam to ensure a proper seal with the fillings, which some dentists don't do. They have been wonderful to me over the years and I don't plan on leaving anytime.

I have had a bad experience at dentist offices before, so I was skeptic of going to anyone. Dr. Sifri talked to me and made me feel a lot better about my decision of a dentist! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable dentist!

After a three year hiatus from all things dentist I found myself amidst a mess of tooth work to get things back on track. From scheduling to consultation to a reasonable billing plan, Dr. Sifri and his crew accommodated on all levels and I am very happy with the caliber of work that was performed. Make no mistake, I despise going to the dentist. Additionally, the bills accumulated from this venture on my end (sans insurance) were a bit of a hit. But, at the end of the day, teeth are often underrated and ignored; I glad I took care of this, and I'm very happy that I chose Smart Dental to make it all happen.

For a person who hasn't been to the dentist in a while and coming back, Tamim and his staff made me feel very comfortable. Tamim explained everything that needed to be done and they were very flexible with their schedule, especially their late hours on Monday nights which really helped with my schedule. Now my teeth are looking great! :)

I usually am too lazy to do this, but I have to, after almost 3 years (i think?) of going to Smart Dental. Hands down, Tamim is the best dentist in Madison. I'd gone through two others when I got dental insurance for the first time ever in my life immediately following college, and none of them really ever took the time to provide me with a quality consultation. Your own mouth shouldn't be a foreign subject and you should be able to fully understand the work that's going to be done--along with accurate prevention and treatment recommendations. One experience in particular: when I was 23 I had a HORRIBLE wisdom teeth extraction which left me with four dry sockets--Tamim wasn't the surgeon, and honestly, it had nothing to do with the surgery anyway, but rather, that the job got done about 10 years later than it should have been because I didn't have insurance through high school/college and I had really large sockets. Dry sockets were inevitable. Anyway, one night, immediately following the surgery (which Tamim knew I was having) I woke up in the middle of the night with pain worse than anything I've had before and the "stuffing" preventing the sockets from hurting had come out. I called him on his emergency line at like 2:00AM and he talked me through what was going on, had a prescription called in, and recommended Clove Oil as a low-cost pain anesthetic for the sockets themselves. That's "customer" service beyond measure, and if you're not confident your dentist would be as available for you and treat you the same way, then you shouldn't go to him/her--because there are practitioners like Dr. Sifri. I could go on forever, but Dr. Sifri is fantastic, Anamika (who's an assistant and office manager extraordinaire) is great beyond measure, and Smart Dental should be the only choice for anyone in Madison.

Dr. Sifri is awesome. I know he is always going to tell me honestly what I'm doing is not good for my teeth (too much soda!), and that he really has my overall health in his best interest. I love the fact that if I have random questions I can post them on his facebook page and he always gets me answers right away!! (Crystal Light really isn't better for your teeth than water unfortunately!) His staff is great too, Anamika at the front desk is always very pleasant.
