Dr. Jack Smalley graduated from New Mexico State University before attending dental school at the University of Missouri Kansas City, from which he graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 1993. He completed his General Practice Residency in 1995. He pursues non-stop continuing education through both classes and study groups, and is a member of the American Dental Association. Dr. Smalley has practiced in the Farmington, NM, area since 1997. As a dentist, his goal is to create and maintain healthy, happy smiles for people of all ages.
Dr. Smalley is a native New Mexican, and settled in Farmington because he likes the people and the diverse activities in the 4 Corners region. It has been his honor to serve the people in this area for more than 20 years. Outside of the office, Dr. Smalley enjoys spending time with family, skiing, hunting, fishing, and golf.
Dr. Dawn Glover is a New Mexico Native, and is excited to return to her hometown to practice dentistry. She graduated from Farmington High School in 2002 before earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina University, graduating cum laude in 2008. She then attended West Virginia University for dental school, graduating with her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2012. Dr. Glover then completed a year-long residency with UNM Hospitals in Albuquerque, and worked as a General Dentist in Las Cruces for 3 years in a community health center. She was thrilled to finally return home to Farmington to practice dentistry with Dr. Smalley and his excellent team and staff.
Dr. Glover often explores new and exciting continuing education courses, and supplements these with courses that relate directly to the daily challenges she faces in the office. She has completed Advanced Education in General Dentistry through the UNM.
Dr. Glover is a member of several organizations, including the American Dental Association, the Special Care Dentistry Association, and the New Mexico Dental Association. Her goal as a dentist is to provide exceptional treatment with integrity and compassion in a relaxed environment.
DeAnza has been in the dental field since 1995, and has been with Dr. Smalleys office for 15 years. She strives to improve our office and educate our patients. Her favorite part of our practice is our wonderful team that works together to give patients a best possible dental experience.

Liz in Hygiene was great! She helped me through my dental anxiety and was very considerate. Everyone in the office is professional and personable. Highly recommend!

Staff is more than staff. Tarah manages my anxiety like a champ. Admin, DeAnza, bends over backward to assist whether it's with scheduling, billing or misc bullcrap. I can't say enough!

I had a great experience with Dr Smalley and Tympe Pacheco. I had X-rays and a cleaning. I could not of been happier. I will return in 6 months.

My first visit here was amazing! The customer service was great throughout the whole office. I had a great hygienist and Tympe was a great assistant! Such a great environment!

The service and care is way better than any dentist that I have been to. The staff is helpful and friendly. Tympe and Tarah are always great. Look forward to my next appointment.

Love everyone here! When you walk in everyone greets you by name and Maddie and Tympe always have big smiles on their faces! I love coming in here they are so inviting! Truly is a little dentist office family! 10/10 recommend coming here!

During my very first visit ever at this dentist office, the atmosphere was calm and inviting. The receptionist, Madison Smith, at Smalleys dentistry was super pretty and sweet. She greeted me with a smile and welcomed me in. Madi got me checked in right away, after dealing with a customer who was before me. Towards the end of my visit, one of the hygienists suggested that I begin using a water flosser for my permanent retainers behind my top and bottom teeth. I could not afford to buy one right then and there because they were pricey. Madi was so helpful in the process of me purchasing one, though. She helped me set up a payment plan that I could afford, but still get paid off quickly. I appreciated her customer service and I would rate this place 10/5 stars! I would also recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new family dentist office:)

Wow what a difference a great dentist makes! I was always nervous when going to the dentist in the past. From day one the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. DeAnza helped get my insurance approved which cost me a lot less than I expected. Once in the back, Dr Smalley and his assistant Tara were rock stars! He did the work and I had little to no pain all while making sure I was comfortable and at ease with the procedure. Would definitely recommend this office! Dentist and Staff!!
