Dr.Wolff and his team are great. They are very professional and also very patient with the clients. They go out to there way to make sure you feel welcome and at ease. Nothing beats a good team who pays attention to you and makes you feel like more than a number on a wait list.

One of our children is working with Smile Orthodontics and we have had a great experience to-date. Angie in Maplewood and Saint Paul is a gem! It's pretty special when your kid (and you!) look forward to seeing the orthodontic hygienist. Dr. Wolff is also a kind and knowledgeable care-giver. I don't mean to hurt or bash on anyones business but this is based on my experience compare to other professional orthodontics places on their services. I chose this location for a free braces consultation because of the really good reviews on service. When I got here, the receptionist was kind and helpful. However, when it comes to getting pictures of my teeth, there is this new trainee that was making my whole entire mouth feel uncomfortable and painful with their camera tool. She was stretching my cheeks and pushing the camera into my gums and mouth. She literally did not know what she was doing. And when it comes to the teeth x-Ray machine, she was not confident with what she was doing as well. I don't know if this location practice HIPAA but my sensitive information of how my teeth were structured was discussed out loud in the the receptionist area where other patients were present. Also financing options was discussed right in the patient waiting area. I've had a previous consultation done at another orthodontic location and teeth pictures were taken with ease and comfort. Finances and teeth structures discussion was done in a private room with the actual dentist. They also had more financing options. Please properly train your trainees before putting them on the field to serve clients. This kind of neglect contributes to a bad rep for your business at this location. Also, HIPAA, a big concern at this location or maybe it's the entire Smile Orthodontics places that does this. I'm glad I came here to be able to weigh out my options on whom I should actually get braces service from. Thank you.

Very nice people. When I made the appointment, I told them I am a teacher and would use my lunch break. Faud (hope I spelled it correctly!) made a note: Lucy is a teacher. Please check her in ASAP when she arrives. Such a sweet note!! He also said: "well, I am not worrying about you, I am worrying the kids!" Love it!

Heard great reviews from family members and came in with my nephew! Such helpful assistants especially Precious as my nephew was quite nervous, she spoke to him in a friendly manner making him feel more comfortable. Will definitely recommend everyone to this location because of the positive interactions with Precious!

Such sweet & friendly staff. Angie was so patient & informative. Letting us know what each thing was for and what step was coming next. It made my son's anxiety dissappear and he hugged her afterwards. Love this office!

The staff are really friendly. The place gives off good vibes. The doctors are nice. Whenever you do have an appointment they continuously check your comfort level. Lastly, they'll let you express your opinion and just do a great overall job! Thank you smile ortho!

I had a great experience overall. Precious did my exam and made me feel comfortable. Precious also explained everything to me about the process of getting braces which really helped me. All the staff were very friendly and nice. I will be going back!

It was a really great opportunity to be with Smile Orthodontics. They have helped me achieve to get a better smile! And also helped me with a lot of great tips onto how to take care of my teeth. They make me feel comfortable just being there with them and also they make things easy going. Everyone there is just super duper nice. They're very welcoming and just warming. They're like home to me every time I go do my check ups but now my braces journey is over it's kind of sad to not be able to see them again. Today I went to go get my retainers and Angela was very helpful and gave out really good tips on how to use my retainers and what I should do with my retainers, and how I should clean my retainers. She also was very nice.

I was referred from a friend and i do not regret it! My brace journey was great. Starting with Dr. Wolf, he's so easy going and all staff made me feel comfortable. They offered great tips, took their time even on busy day- even when i rescheduled, they were able to fit me in within the day. I appreciate everyone's warm welcomes, knowledge, and hard work in making me feel amazing with my results!
