My experience with Dr. Poss was great. I wasn't sure what to expect going into my first appointment but the entire team was pleasant and kind. They took the time to answer all my questions and they seemed to be very thorough. I would have no problem recommending Dr. Poss to someone with needs similar to my own.

After hearing ads on the radio for awhile I decided to reach out to TJM Solutions and Dr.Poss to look into an oral mouthpiece and get off my cpap machine. Walking in I was greeted by the friendly staff. They quickly checked me in and before I could even sit down they got me back to X-ray. It was kinda cool to be able to watch the X-ray happening in real time. After that we went to the exam room and Dr.Poss came in and was super friendly and explained my X-ray to me and then proceeded with his exam and was very thorough in explaining everything to me. I highly recommend Dr.Poss and his wonderful team.

Staff was very helpful before my appointment. Staff was also very nice at the office. Dr. Poss was very polite & respectful. Explained everything very well. I would highly recommend them for TMJ issues.

Dr. Poss and his team took great care of me regarding my oral Appliance for snoring at his new office in Murfreesboro. It's like an upscale Boutique Clinic but for regular folks. Sleeping is so underrated ..if you do not get a good night sleep it can make health issues worse can make pain worse, emotions worse , effect your attitude , job and athletic performance. Do not ignore this for long. They have a relatively easy and cost-effective solution and I believe it to be a more natural solution, no addictive sleeping pills or a machine you have to use and clean daily and no surgery where they have to implant a device like the Inspire product.

Dr. Poss did everything he could to prevent me from having surgery. He made certain the mouth guards fit as perfectly as possible. He genuinely cares. His staff demonstrates the same caring attitude and treated me with respect. A knowledgeable and caring doctor plus a wonderful staff equals a great experience.

Everyone was very nice, listened patiently and answered all my questions. They made me feel good about the decision to try an oral appliance! I also learned that I have a disc issue with my jaw that I never knew about.

I have tried everything and finally found a solution at Sleep Apnea & TMJ Solutions. When I was diagnosed with sleep apnea many years ago, I had deviated septum & uvulectomy surgery which I was told would open up the air passages and help my snoring. I then went to a dentist and a sleep device was made for me but it hurt so much I dreaded wearing it. Finally, in 2016 after much research, I found Sleep Apnea & TMJ Solutions and got the ResMed Narvol. It has resolved my snoring and I don't realize it is in my mouth because is so comfortable and easy to get in and out of the mouth. My husband and I were sleeping separately because I was disturbing his sleep and I was reluctant to travel. It is wonderful to travel and do the things I enjoy without worry. Dr. Poss is the most caring and compassionate doctor I know and has always been there for me when needed. His staff are very professional, efficient, client-oriented and caring as well. As with anything, sometimes things need tweaking with time and this practice is always there to assist. If you have sleep apnea or snore and it is a problem, save yourself some time and look no further. I am a fan of reviews but rarely write them but wanted to share my experience with other because this sleep device has truly changed my life.

So after 2 chiropractors and 1 physical therapist, all of which were excellent in their work, my neck, jaw and relentless ear ringing were still a big problem! Oh and the headaches! I'm not exaggerating when I say that I had a head ache every day. I am very health conscience and was doing all I could to feel good. The physical therapist really pinpointed my issues as a tmj problem. And while he was able to help me some, it just wasnt enough. My neck was so tight that it literally made noise when I turned it. I kept hearing about Dr Poss and his work with tmj issues so I finally went to him. He seemed to know all the right questions to ask, took his time and really listened. I've had my mouthguard for 2 months now. It took some getting used to but it's been a life changer for me. My jaw can finally relax at night. After about a month, most of the ear ringing has diminished to the point that I didnt notice it. And the headaches and neck aches are, I'd say, about 70% better. No jaw pain at all. I'm excited to see how much I might continue to improve. With a better nights sleep and less pain when I exercise, I'm looking forward to a better life. Dr. Poss was an good decision for me, no doubt.

I've really enjoyed my experience at Sleep Apnea & TMJ Solutions. It's nice going into a doctors office and everyone know you by name, not just your profile. They've worked with my work schedule that changes a lot. They've all made me feel overly welcome and cared for at the Murfreesboro location. Highly recommend!
