Dr. Crosby began his education at the University of Oregon, where he received his degree in Biology and Chemistry. This background set a good foundation for his interest in dentistry. Just four years later, he received his DDS from Northwestern University Dentistry School in 1997.
Getting his degree was just the beginning of his education, though, as Dr. Crosby continues to learn about the newest dental techniques and technology. Furthermore, he continues to tune his skills at institutes including the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI), specializing in occlusion and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Crosby gives back to students and dental societies as well. For instance, the acclaimed dentist teaches pharmacology classes at the University of Alaska in Anchorage so that dental hygiene students can learn from a professional. Additionally, Dr. Crosby presents to local groups including The Alaska Club and Rotary Club.
When he finds time, Dr. Crosby actively participates in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and American Dental Association. Also, he affiliates with the Academy of General Dentistry and International College of Craniomandibular Orthopedics.
Though he stays busy at the office and gives back after hours, Dr. Crosby also makes time for his family. He loves traveling, boating, cooking, and watching movies with his wife, Shareen, and two daughters, Lane and Liv. Together, they enjoy spending time at the family cabin and enjoying the great outdoors. Dr. Crosbys other hobbies include fine woodworking, snow machining, golfing, and fishing.
