Dr. Sladky was born and raised in Brookfield, WI, the oldest of four children. He received his undergraduate from Marquette University with a major in biomedical sciences. He just happens to be the 9th dentist in his family to graduate from Marquette University, following in the footsteps of his grandpa, 3 uncles, and 4 cousins! After graduating from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2011, he served 5 years as an Air Force dentist (4 of those years were spent in Germany).
One of the things Dr. Sladky enjoys most about dentistry is that he can give patients more confidence by restoring their smiles. He also enjoys the daily interactions he has with both his patients and his staff. Dr. Sladky understands that dentistry requires both skill and artistry, and he enjoys working with his hands to combine both for optimum results.

It was my first visit to Sladky Family Dental. I felt that Hannah was very thorough. She explained everything she was doing and what she was seeing as she examined me. She was friendly but I was most impressed with her knowledge. Dr. Sladky was also very knowledgeable, friendly and communicated his observations and concerns. They both made recommendations for my dental care without pushing me into additional services. I felt they presented their recommendations without pressure.

Great, Dr Sladky texted me in the evening after I left office a msg. My crown brook off, and I just wanted help on what to do. Figured if he gets msg to me the next day, that is fine. Got back to me in 60 minutes and had appt for next day. All was well and fixed in 30 minutes, Dr Sladky was very nice.

I was nervous the first time I walked into Dr. Sladky's office. At 42, my teeth had fallen into a bad state. I absolutely would not, under any circumstance, show my teeth to anyone and my self confidence had dropped severely because of that. I fully expected to have Dr. Sladky tell me that there would be nothing he could do for most of my teeth. Contrary to every negative outcome I thought would be the case, Dr. Sladky assured me there was much he could do to restore my smile and I eagerly jumped into what would be the best decision I have ever made with regard to my dental health. Dr. Sladky has transformed my teeth from being quite literally the source of my self confidence deficit to a smile I don't think twice about showing the world. He and his staff are exceptional people who genuinely care about our dental wellbeing and I cannot begin to thank them enough for helping change my life in such a positive way. Dr. Sladky, as I have told many people face to face, is an artist with teeth. Thank you Sladky Family Dental, particularly Gianna and Dr. Sladky who provide amazing dental care with a great attitude! I would highly recommend Dr. Sladky! Very great experience all around! My daughter and I got our teeth cleaning at the same time. Dr. Sladky took the time to clean my daughters teeth and spoke to me about my daughters and my teeth. The staff there are all so friendly and very knowledgeable. Again, I would highly recommend this dental office!

Dr. Sladkey and his team are very professional, responsive and thorough. I was there for a teeth cleaning, which was awesome, and to fill in some gaps between my teeth and gums. He took lots of time with me. He explained and showed me exactly what he was doing and why. I highly recommend them!!!!

My whole family has gone here for years and the quality of care and concern patient comfort is through the roof! I haven't had a cavity filled since I was a little girl. I went in for some fillings last week and I was surprised at how nice of an experience it was. I was dreading it (as most people usually dread these things). I got there and sat down there a tv screen over my head with endless Netflix options, a blanket to stay cozy/warm, and sunglasses to keep the bright dentist lights out of my eyes. I watched a show about exotic vacations (recommended by staff there) and had a great conversation with Dr. Sladky about his time spent in Europe. Before I knew it the thing was over and my anxiety was at 1% compared to what I remember when I was little!!! Next time I go in for dental work I will not dread it as much. Dr. Sladky and his team are so caring!! You and your family will be in in good hands here!!

Love Sladky Family Dental and all the staff. Thanks for taking care of our entire family. They are always extremely accommodating and even put my kids in a special room after their cleanings to watch a movie of choice while I had my teeth cleaned. They go the extra mile and have fantastic service.

So far so good as far as going to the dentist Goes! Awesome staff and Dr sladky is really straight forward. Awesome that were playing SpongeBob squarepants on the celing TV! Definitely going forward.
