Excellent front-desk staff that give clear estimates and instructions. Excellent doctor who did my root canal. This was my first ever (hopefully my last) and it was easier than getting a filling! No pain, nothing going down my throat, not much drilling/sounds. I was just nervous because I'd never done it before. They made it easy and smooth. I HIGHLY recommend Skyway Endodontics!

This place is a joke and get away with their ridiculous antics due to the fact that they are the only endodontics practice in the area. I had the worst experience with the front office, they gave me a quote from my insurance 3 days before I was scheduled for my root canal and then billed me $400 even though I already paid upfront. I called and left voicemails weeks before my appointment without a response for the estimate until I couldn't back out. After receiving my $400 bill my insurance told me they are billing $150 for PPE (personal protective equipment) aka mask and gloves they're already required to wear. Please check your bill for this if you received one, the insurance will not pay for it. Definitely will not be coming back!

Front Office people are extremely rude. I don't care how great the doctors may or may not be I will NEVER go here just so I never need to speak with another one of those awful old ladies ever again. We get it you're miserable. That's your fault not mine, sorry I was referred to you and had to actually speak with you. My mistake. Response to the owner- Absolutely not. Read the rest of your reviews! Your front office is miserable awful people. Yet here they are! Still running your office. If you're to stupid to sort it out I am 100% not going to take the time to explain it to you. Figure it out.

Experience was fast getting my root canal And paid up front what they ESTIMATED but then was later billed for $400 more because of their mistake. I am not happy and will not recommend them for anyone I know!

They wouldn't see me. I was 10 minutes late. I am in pain. They were incredibly unprofessional and unkind.

I had a tooth that was killing me and I have had difficulty in the past with pain while having dental work done. Not here!!!! It was outstanding!!! Everyone there was friendly and professional. The equipment was state of the art and my stress level melted away as they took care of my root canal. No pain at any point and I can't recommend Skyway Endodontics enough!!!! It was most excellent!!! Now, excuse me while I go back to being able to eat again.

Fine experience at the dentist, he was kind and his assistants were gentle, my main problem is with the credit service they offer, the lady at the front desk said "6 months interest free" and I later found out I was expected to pay 30 dollars up front, I had no knowledge of this so my credit took a dive. Called care credit/synchrony bank and found out I actually owe 70 on top of the cost of my appointment. So just a warning, that it's not actually 6 months interest free.

It was an honor and privalige to be invited there to service the staff with massage. The office is very high tech, l haven't seen anything like it. The staff is in a league of their own, their professionalism is to the highest degree of knowledge and care. Just being in that office makes you want to get dental care.

As the doctor is very very good at his work, front staff drops the ball. This office has a policy of no drama, even if it is brought about by a staff member not meeting this client where I was mentally emotionally physically and spiritually. My experience of a reaction to the novocaine at the previous office visit with adenaline was dismissed. Sorry it was real and terrifying. I was told other people are on my same prescriptions and don't have any problem. Great for them, I am so happy they didn't have this reaction. Are they on both at the same time? And when did I last take one or both? Those are questions posed to me before having major surgery, no one wants a bad outcome. The office member then preceded to inform me that this version of novocaine was used during my my major surgeries, I answered I was asleep. I have no idea if I had a reaction. Then it was my fault for not informing them in the new patient forms. If you Google dental novocaine products, it does lay out in clear detail negative drug interactions, including the prescription I take. Why doesn't the doctor take any responsibility for knowing about drug interactions the client may not even be aware of? My biggest problem that I knew of, like many other people, was vomiting in recovery. I also wasn't informed of an insurance program that will help with costs.

Rylan did a root canal "redo" on my son. Granted we all know the risks & pain involved in this type of work. That said my son was sent home after the procedure with the advice to take Tylenol or IBUPROFEN to control the pain and inflammation. That evening the right side of his face ballooned up & the swelling continued into his jawline out to his chin & down his neck. Their office did call to check on him the following day. Now..If you have a 20 something son you may know they lack being able to advocate effectively. When they called him he was half asleep and frankly wasn't sure if what he was experiencing was to be expected. We called there office the next day in alarm at my son's condition and they did at least give him antibiotics. Fast forward to 2nd night after root canal .. we took him to Enloe ER. He saw Dr. Fraters.. who promptly prescribe Percocet. Fraters was visibly upset with my son's appearance and called the clinic "cheap sobs" . This was 4 weeks ago. Miles of pain level 10 even with the pain medication & still swollen.. My son has had two appointments with his regular dentist to check on him. They took xrays and finally concluded that Rylan's injections cause huge hematomas along the jaw line and caused nerve Pain beyond belief.

I had a Cyst in my mouth related to a tooth injury. Dr. Rylan did a good job on his treatment however he is unaware of the inefficiency of the front desk staff. If you can get past the one dingy receptionist who has an inability to listen you might be ok. I have a dental credit card to be used to cover co pay and any remaining balance. The receptionist either never entered it or forgot to charge the balance. I gave my soc. sec. number and went over this numerous times. The balance was not charged to my card so they turned me over to collections. I paid the peanut balance because receptionist would not ket me pay it. I would never not pay Rylan. A year later I have a serious issue and get push back and attitude from the receptionist who then brings up my past collection that was paid. Keep I mind I had a card to pay the peanut balance all the time. I sat and watched numerous people including one elderly lady from Paradise with a tooth ache who did not have enough money in her checking for the estimated cost of appt. So I finally spoke up as I saw others turned away. The office takes Care Credit, a medical Dental card and they even have an application but did you think anyone bothered to think to mention it so these poor people could get treated, no. Anyway the elderly lady took the ap home to fill ot out. It is very easy to qualify for and a great option for people with no insurance or not good coverage. I thought it was such a disservice to the patrons. After considering them again today and with my conversation with the receptionist again today, I have determined I will never go back nor will I recommend them because while the Doctor is nice and good at his job, the front desk and billing is a nightmare and it is obvious that the dingy receptionist is hard headed and has no intention of accommodating the patient in scheduling or anything else. What a relief a found a new Endodonsist!
