Hello all - just finishing up a year of using Reveal clear aligners and couldn't be happier. I had metal braces for 2 years back in the day, and they did work, but were uncomfortable and messy the whole time. Sadly I did not keep up with wearing retainers and years later needed correcting again. Dr. Goel recommended these and it's been a night/day difference. So painless and easy to snap in and out for eating, brushing, meetings, etc. - wish I had done this years ago! Couldn't ask for a better experience with Dr. Goel (and Dr. Collier, prior) and staff over my 22 years visiting Skywalk Dental. As someone else on this site has said, they treat you like family - thank you so much for the wonderful results! Steve Anders (not Ragnar, but he would have been happy too).

Outstanding dental care from a caring, professional dentist and staff. Dr. Goel is wonderful: no 'floss-shaming' or scare tactics. He truly cares about his patients and wants to meet their needs and keep their teeth healthy. He and his staff listen attentively and make sure patients make informed decisionsabout their care. Highly recommend!!

In and out in 15 minutes for a molar filing without shots or numbness- thankful for Dr. Goel and his wonderful laser technology! I was a patient of Dr. Collier for 20 years. He chose an excellent professional to take over his practice when he retired!

I moved to Des Moines a while back and the time came for me to look for a new dentist. I did my online research and landed on a few dental offices in the area. I called and spoke to each of them before making a decision and the staff at Skywalk Dental was very kind, courteous, informative and professional. From the first time I talked with Leshea and Christine I knew that I was in good hands 100%. Then at the appointment I met Samantha one of the dental assistants and Dr. Goel. They were both very professional, informative and answered any questions that I had before and during my check up and procedure. I felt very respected and as if I were a family member. Some dentistry's treat you like a number but not Skywalk Dental they truly care about your health and the experience you have at their office. I can not say enough wonderful things about this dental office! Everyone who works there are super friendly and make you feel like family. I had 2 fillings today and was literally finished in 15 minutes! No shots! No stress! Highly recommend!

This office is the best. I somehow cracked my crown and they got me right in for a repair. Everyone that works there are so nice and I mean everyone! Dr. Goel works fast and efficient. I would highly recommend this office if you are needing a dentist.

Skywalk Dental does treat you like one of the family! They are very accommodating with my schedule and Dr. Goel and Hannah are very efficient and thorough! Christine is very helpful with answering any questions about my share of the visit. The whole office cares about your overall health in addition to your teeth! They are all so pleasant and I really enjoyed my visit!

I recently had my 3 month checkup for my upper and bottom Reveal retainers. They truly are invisible & easy to wear. I am very pleased with the change in my smile in only 3 months, I can't wait to see the final result. The Skywalk Dental staff is always so welcoming, accommodating, professional & very talented. Amazing job with Dr Goel and staff at Skywalk. My son had to get his lip muscle attachment removed and the office was able to do this with a laser and no pain on my 6yo. The other offices wanted put him to sleep. Thanks so much Skywalk Dental.

Long story short, avoid at all cost 0 Stars! I will never be back and would never recommend them. If you're still considering please read the story of what happened to me. I went in to SKYWALK DENTAL for a cracked molar. I was told that I would need a crown put on so I set up an appointment to have them take care of it for $1400. When I arrived for my appointment the dentist informed me that an onlay (partial crown) would work perfectly. I decided to go with that saving 100 dollars and keeping more real tooth. The procedure took about 2 hours with them shaving the cracked/broken portion of my tooth down to a gagged nub which they would attach a temporary onlay to until the permanent one arrived in an estimated 2 weeks. About a week later Thursday October 7th the temporary onlay broke off. I called the dental office, they are closed Fri, Sat and Sun. I suffer through three days until Monday with my tooth that is completely exposed, shaved right down to the gums with all kinds of jagged edges slicing my tongue, with the nerves exposed sending lightning bolts through my body every time I eat drink or breathe. I call first thing Monday morning to let them know what happened. They inform me that there is nothing they can do to help me, the dentist is gone until Wednesday so ill just have to wait a few more day. I let them know that that is unacceptable!! I'm not dealing with this tooth for three more days that I am either coming in today to get my tooth put on (they let me know it had arrived a few days prior) or I would be coming in to pick up my tooth and going elsewhere!! They said they would see what they could do and call me back. About 30 minutes latter I get a text confirmation for an appointment Wednesday 10/13 I call them - straight to voicemail!! I left a messaging letting them know that was NOT going to work and I needed seen now!!! They call back and say they can put the temporary back on now. I go into there office for another two hours for a second temporary leaving at 11:30am. I follow what little guidelines they give me for aftercare and even go more to the extreme. I wait a few hours to eat. Around 3:00pm the temporary breaks off yet again! I don't even bother calling them back knowing it is a complete waste of my time. Instead I call a few other offices to see if there's anything they can do, they recommend I take the appointment with my original dentist and see them if I have issues with the permanent. I talked to several friends an coworkers and they all informed me that anytime they had a cracked or broken tooth there dentist treated it as an emergency and dropped everything to have them come in right away. Skywalk dental treated it as the exact opposite no care, no sense of urgency, more of a sorry to hear about your bad luck. I generally don't leave bad reviews and am willing to give people the benefit of the doubt I just can't do that here. They need a complete culture changed and overhaul before treating anyone else.
