Dr. Ned and Carlos were an amazing team for my 30yr old wisdom teeth extractions. Dr. Ned has a great bedside manner, took the time to make sure I was comfortable, kept me in the loop of what they were doing (if I wanted to know), and I'm pretty sure two teeth took them less than 45min. Currently in the healing process and everything seems to be going smoothly. Carlos was a calm presence, pre, post and during. Taught me how to properly gauze, and comforted my nerves before the procedure.

This was my first visit -- it was a quick appointment and everyone was super friendly! I also appreciated that they didn't try to sell me on unnecessary treatments or anything. I've had bad experiences with dentists in the past so this was a welcome change!

I went here to get a single tooth of a permanent retainer rebonded. Instead of scraping off existing cement on the tooth (easy access being the furthest to the outside tooth), they bonded additional cement over the existing cement so that it stuck out further. I told them that it did not feel stable and less than a month after it was on, it broke off. I've had this permanent retainer on for over 10 years without any problems. They charged me $150 for this incredibly poor quality job. They charged this because it is their code for putting on a completely new permanent retainer and they "had no way" of charging only for fixing a single tooth. When calling back after this broke off shortly after the initial visit, they said they would have to charge an additional $150 to get this looked at again. I've never had such poor quality of care given by a dentist.

Dr. Ned...great dentist. Kind, listens to what you're saying, doesn't recommend unnecessary work, either The work he does do, is top notch and makes sure you're comfortable and at ease when doing it Staff is very friendly. Would recommend.

The dental hygienist and Dentist who helped me were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, which made my first visit at this facility (as a new patient) very pleasant. The office staff were also very helpful, the overall experience was great.

Excellent service. Very friendly and caring people. Dr. Shah very knowledgeable and understanding about my dental problem. Howe ever, denture replacement turnover time seems too long and needs to be expedited.
