Doctor Kambiz Mahdavi is a graduate of USC School of Dentistry. He first moved to Conejo Valley in 1983. He has lived in Thousand Oaks with his wife, Stephanie, 17-year-old daughter, Shireen, and 15-year-old son, Kaveh, since 2001.

He is UCLA certified to administer conscious sedation to children and has provided free kids dentistry to underprivileged children through the AYUDA program, and Children's Dental Center in Inglewood, CA. Doctor Mahdavi knows that not everyone loves going to the dentist, and his comforting chair-side manner makes your visit much easier and more comfortable. His first priority is to get to know you by asking questions and listening to understand your needs and goals.

Dr. Thomas Rennaker is a general dentist from the University of Southern California. Dr. Rennaker received his Bachelor of Science and Biology degree from Idaho State University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California. He has served on humanitarian missions in association with AYUDA to Peru, Mexico City, Colombia, Belize and Panama. Dr. Rennaker believes dentistry can change peoples lives for the better. He strives to provide his patients with the very best dental care. With over 15 years of practicing dentistry under his belt, Dr. Rennaker offers a consultative approach: He thoroughly educates you so you can make the best decisions and is always happy to answer your questions.

Nicole was born and raised in California where she currently resides with her two sons Nathan and Christian. Nicole has been in the medical & pharmaceutical field for over 10 years, she obtained her pharmacy technician license while working for a private pharmacy. She then started working as a medical assistant and quickly transitioned into management. She also obtained her certificate in medical coding and billing. Nicoles passion for helping patients made her transition into the field of dentistry, to take on a new leaf and with having a background in orthopedics, she wants to help patients realize that taking care of your oral health is just as important as taking care of your overall health. Nicole is the newest member to the Skyline Dental team and we are very happy to have her here.

Katie has been part of the Skyline Dental team as a Hygienist since 2014. She received her RDH license in 2007 from San Joaquin Valley Hygiene School, and has been in the dental field since 1992. Katie is a native Californian who enjoys reading and spending time with her family. She is a nice asset to our practice and keeps us smiling with her sense of humor.

Melinda is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She graduated Dental Hygiene school with honors & as class Vice President. She loves interacting with her patients and educating them on their oral health. In her free time she enjoys hiking, camping, or really anything outdoors!

Nancy was born and raised in California and graduated from high school in 1998. She then attended Ventura College. She joined the dental field in 2001 and became a dental assistant in 2002. Nancy went on to become a Registered Dental Assistant in 2007. Nancy has been in this field for over 15 years and she still enjoys every moment it. She especially enjoys being hands on and creating temporary crowns for patients and gets pure joy from interacting with patients and seeing how happy they are with their results. Outside of work, Nancy enjoys shopping and loves to draw when she is able to.

Michele joined Skyline Dental in October 2011 as a member of our Front Office team. She has worked in both the medical and dental field for the past 25 years. Some of her experience ranges from front office, billing, insurance, treatment and financial planning. Michele was born and raised in Southern California and currently resides with her husband, Ray and their daughter, Emma in Simi Valley. She has always had a passion for helping and comforting others and is a great asset to our team.

Leslie joined our office in 2016. She is one of our newest members and the smiling face that greets you when you walk into our office. She currently resides in Simi Valley with her son Brayden and Fiance Luis. Leslie has lived all around the United States and states that her favorite place to live has been New York. She Enjoys working with Patients and Loves to make people laugh.
