My experience with SKY DENTAL was Awsome I was some what disappointed thinking couldn't get what I wanted, boy was I wrong my Dentist Dr. Jafari and his Assistant Debbie was soooooooo good in making sure I came and left being so satisfied and I was Definitely Happy with the outcome of My BEAUTIFUL DENTURES AND AWSOME SMILE Thank you soooooooo much sky Dental

We have been at Sky Dental for years. Four of my kids come here, and I come for my Ortho work. We're all very happy here. They are efficient and respectful of our time, flexible with scheduling, and super friendly!

I got my wisdom teeth removed here bot to long ago and they did a great job I even got to keep the 2 teeth they didn't crush. Almost no pain in my mouth and no problems that can be perceived. I was in and out quickly, didn't even realize the procedure was done just was awake one moment and was being helped into a wheelchair the so I could go home the next. 10/10 if I needed another procedure done would definitely go here again.

I love this place very professional.Dr.Monica and the RDA Dolores are amazing they made me feel very comfortable. I have a very sensitive gagging reflex and they were very patient with me thank you for a wonderful experience.

Very rude, ignored my concerns multiple times. Have made major mistakes 3 times on my mouth and still try to pin blame on me. Long wait times and far dates for appointments while their lobby is empty. They have not helped me with procedures needed before an issue became major even as they have seen it themselves. Now they recommend a more invasive and expensive procedure and got upset with me when I said no. Do not come here, I've wasted many YEARS here and have ruined my mouth and wallet.

I have been a patient here for around 3 years. I had to have spent around 3k or more for all the work I needed done. Though I have had some hiccups and issues with communication and having to repeat some things several times, most of the time my experience here was a positive one...until today. Back in January my insurance was ending and so therefor had to find new insurance. In between insurances, I had an appointment for a cleaning. I had called well before my appointment to let them know that I no longer had the insurance they have on file, that I would be paying out-of-pocket for the cleaning and that I would be getting new insurance the following month. I had asked about how much the out-of-pocket amount would be and the lady I spoke to said, "Around $150". So I go into my appointment for my cleaning and the copay is only $18...I said something along the lines of, "Oh I was expecting it to be like $150". Now I get a text from Sky Dental to call them regarding a copay for an appointment. I assumed this was regarding the appointment I had for tomorrow. Nope, it's for that January cleaning, saying I owed "$110"....of course I explained everything as I have here but ultimately even though it's their fault, and their lack of communication with each other, that $110 isn't going to be resolved unless I pay it. Which of course, I'm not going to. They made the mistake, not me. Because of this, I am no longer a patient at Sky Dental. They will lose much more money than $110 by me no longer being a patient as I have a lot dental work that needs to be done. In my opinion, if you make a mistake, owe up to it and resolve it. Don't make your patients pay for your mistake.

Professional and friendly. Patiently answer questions. Best of all, they explain what they're going to do before they proceed and they give options and advise.

The staff is very professional and maintains a sense of urgency with getting your work completed on time as scheduled. The atmosphere is very enjoyable and relax, starting with the staff to my Dentist( Doctor Jarfarry). I am very satisfied with the pricing and service being provided. Thanks to Sky Dental Team from the Davis' family. Happy Holidays

I actually regret to have to give this office a bad review. My children and I have been seen here since 2009 yet over the years and Dr. Sean was has been wonderful. I would not want to take my children any where else. However, I have experienced issues with them trying to charge me for services that were covered through my insurance. When I would call them out on it after verifying with my insurance, they would put me on extended holds and never call me back. When I vocalized my complaints , I was kicked out or "transferred" without notification or a phone call from the owner Dr. Jafari. I tried to make an appointment and they informed me that had transferred me for not following office procedure and failure to establish a good patient to praction relationship. I was utterly apalled when I learned this and made several attempts to reach out to Dr. Jafari because I didn't want to have to take my kids to a new dental office that they are unfamiliar with . He basically refused to respond to me. He would have Desiree the office manager respond who asked me to write a letter detailing my concerns. She was very sweet and accomodating but doesn't have the authority to make the decisions so I feel very disrespected that the owner refused to hear my side. Nonetheless I wrote the letter and he still refused to respond and rejected my request to remain a patient there. I feel that as a practioner who claims to care about people he proved to be the opposite. Maybe because I refused to pay out of pocket for services that clearly were covered under my policy he felt that it would not hurt his business to lose me as a patient. This man lacks integrity and respect towards his clients and my famly will be better off in another office anyway.

I love this environment so much my son has been coming here since we moved in 2018, I love it they are very family oriented and my son loves coming, how many kids (adults) love going to dentist? None, thanks again we will see you in 6 months

I was very satisfied with my visit to Sky Dental on 11/20/20. The Surgeon was very friendly and professional.It took him no more than 3 mins to extract the molar after numbing the area. A friendly staff and a good ambience in this office.

Very nice and professional staff. I was seen at the specialist office of sky dental. I had a root canal and it went better than I expected. They have the latest equipment.

I just completed an appointment at Sky Dental in Antioch and I must say that my experience was top notch. I was immediately greeted outside from a friendly worker and was provided the necessary COVID protocol paper work and a temperature test. From there, I checked in and was promptly ushered into the room I was slatted to get my work done. Now I've been to this dentist office before but at no time did I feel as taken of as I did today. I must say this was due to in large by the RDA, Jerald. Jerald was not only professional, he was thoughtful and personable. Jerald made sure that I was comfortable and he assisted the doctor with the greatest of precision. I appreciated the duos flawless teamwork even during a machine malfunction. Through it all, I was informed and made at ease with a viable alternative. Even though I didn't complete my service due to the machine issue, I feel confident that the upcoming appointment will have the same level of excellent service. I usually never give a review but it has been too many times that I have felt really good about my visit in the Antioch Sky Dental that I felt it was about time. I just recently switched over from another dentists office and I am so happy I did. Half of my family were already coming here and I should've changed sooner. Everybody is so polite and understanding with you, they make you feel comfortable! I definitely recommend.

My experience at Sky Dental was amazing! I was a nervous wreck going in this morning. The staff was friendly, & nice! The cleanliness of the office was great! Dr. Shazhad was calm & patient with me considering how nervous I was. He explained each and everything that was going to be done to me. The assistants that helped during the procedure were friendly & fun to talk to! I overall had a great experience & I'd highly recommend! I was a brand new patient, & they treated me as if in a regular! Thank you Sky Dental for the wonderful experience!
