Dr. Skvorak has built a practice that will exceed your expectations of dental care. Since earning his doctorate at the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1979, he has taken many continuing education courses including anti-snoring devices, dental implants, Lumineers, aesthetic dentistry, and much more. Dr. Skvorak is married to Beth and they have two adult children. Dr. Skvorak is an avid golfer and when he is not in the office, he can be found on a golf course. He also loves to travel. His hometown is San Antonio, Texas. However, while stationed at Fort Ritchie, he grew to love the area and decided to make it his new home after leaving the military.
We are affiliated with numerous non-profit organizations including but not limited to Missions of Mercy, Wounded Warrior Project, Special Olympics, Alzheimer's Association, Frederick Community Action Council, and he supports disabled veterans. We have participated in Freedom Day USA and Armed Forces Day for five years, honoring our veterans by providing complimentary dental care.

Crown looks and feels great! There was a concern for my retainer fitting but that turned out to be a non-issue as well! Dr. Skvorak does great work to be sure and with regards to your dental health, he will always tell you what you NEED to hear.

Definitely the BEST dentist in Frederick, MD! Dr. Skvorak has taken care of my dental needs for the last 14 years with a professional acumen and cordial environment enviable by other medical professionals. His entire staff are extraordinary and create a 'family' atmosphere (the good kind), making my visits stress free.

I have been a patient for over ten years. Dr. Skvorak cleaned my teeth yesterday. He always does a fantastic job! I have incredibly sensitive teeth. He uses a numbing agent that is a game changer when I am getting my teeth cleaned.

Dr. Skvorak made my cleaning and filling replacements painless and easy. He explained everything as we went along. He also offers a membership program that helps you save money if you become a regular patient. I highly recommend him!

Always a pleasant experience. I was greeted cheerfully and in the chair at the exact time of my appointment. Brenda was friendly and thorough. Dr. Skvorak addressed what turned out to be a minor issue and I was out the door. Highly recommend!

Positively a great experience everytime. Dr. Skvorak is very patient and a perfectionist. He communicates every move he is taking and is very conscience of making you comfortable and pain-free. The staff is also outstanding. Highly recommend!

The office manager clearly was only about $$$. New to Frederick and believed "good" reviews. Had broken mollar. Skvorak never discussed options nor what process would be involved. He used pins, a old process for dental crown. His last words were "This may result in a tooth abcess." Paid cash for this process. Came home with EXCRUTIATING pain. No one answered my calls. Repeat - No one in office answered my calls!!! Less than 12 months later this tooth DID abscess. Tooth dead. On antibiotics. Now require root canal. No. I do not recommend this practice.
