The dentist scheduled me for 12 the receptionist told me it was 1 and I didn't receive service till 2. The reason was because emergency cleanings were ahead of me. I think the dentist was worried more about money then service, so they overbooked services knowing they are short staff. I wont be coming back. Greed is and non-communication between staff seems to be the issue.

I arrive 15 mins before my appointment only to wait 40 mins and a family was taken before me. This was my first visit and when I brought it to a dentist attention that she took a family before me she then rushed thru my appointment.

I was coming here for the first time, I had an 11 am appointment. I arrived at 10:45, and they say they can't see me until 4 pm because nobody is there. They said they called me, so I check my call log to find out they only called 20 min ago. This was super unprofessional and inconsiderate. So I will find a different office.

First time coming here since it was close to home but I felt rush by the doctor didn't looks so clean to me in the rooms idk if I will be coming back.

Yesterday was my son's first visit to the dentist. And he was happy the whole time .mr Dalu is a very kind person, he was so gentle and from now on he is going to be our dentist .just like they say a person that knows what they doing don't talk to much .and the receptionist is very kind too

This is the best and cleanest dentist office. The doctor is wonderful with my 3 year old as well as the rest of us. Also he cleared up some misconceptions that I had about needing dental work when a previous dentist was so ready to operate for no reason. We have been there for years and love it!

I had a wonderful experience there. Dr. Dalu took me in last minute with out any hassle. He is very kind and personal, the environment and relationship he displays with his patients is warm and welcoming. I certainly pan to go back to them if I need dental work.

This is the best and cleanest dentist office. The doctor is wonderful with my 3 year old as well as the rest of us. Also he cleared up some misconceptions that I had about needing dental work when a previous dentist was so ready to operate for no reason. We have been there for years and love it!

This the best Dentist in the DMV. I have been to Hilandel smiles, elite dental at borh wheaton and Tokoma park, kool smiles with my son and wife and never had satisfaction with any of them. Dr. Dalu change everything for us. No unnecessary sales of stupid photos, attempting to sell you what you don't need. It is as sample as you have dental problem i will fix it for you.

The waiting area was nice. The receptionist was pleasant. Dr. Dalu was friendly and thorough.
