Dr. Aimee Skelton is actually from Fort Payne, Alabama, and attended Fort Payne High School. She graduated from Birmingham-Southern College with a Bachelor of Science degree and earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry. Dr. Skelton then completed a33 monthresidency to obtain a Certificate of Orthodontics.

Dr. Skelton is passionate about providing the highest quality of orthodontic care in a friendly and fun atmosphere. She shares a genuine enthusiasm with her staff in caring for each patient and creating a beautiful, healthy smile.

Sherrie is a Fort Payne High School graduate, and has been with Dr. Skelton since 2006. Outside the office, Sherrie loves to hang out with her husband Jeff and their grown children, Jesi, twins Josh and Jordan, daughter in law Emily, and especially her grandson Grayden. Besides her kids, she also loves her little Yorkie named Gabbi. Sherrie is a fan of adventures at the lake with her friends and family, and she loves to shop. The best parts of her job: Meeting new people and seeing the beautiful smiles after the braces are removed!

Julie has been a member of the Skelton Orthodontics team since 2003, after earning her Academy of Orthodontic Assisting Certification. When she isnt at work, her free time consists of gardening, crafting, painting and spending family time with her husband, Ross, and her two kids, Ethan and Emma. Her favorite thing about working at Skelton Orthodontics is seeing the patients leave with a sense of self-confidence they did not have before their new smile.

A Geraldine native and graduate of Geraldine High School, Johnnie Marie has been at Dr. Skeltons practice since 2005, after receiving her certification from the Academy of Orthodontic Assisting.She loves being a mom to her son Lane and her miniature dachshund Bama. Johnnie also loves hanging out with her friends and family. Her hobbies include shopping, dining at her favorite restaurants, and working out, though she loves coming to work just about the same

Lisa, a graduate of Sylvania High School, has been a part of the Skelton Orthodontics family since May 2007. Lisa obtained her Academy of Orthodontic Assisting certification in the summer of 2007.She and her husband, Dale, have one son, Ethan. Lisas favorite thing to do is spending time in the great outdoors with her husband and son. Lisas favorite part about working at Skelton Orthodontics is seeing all the smiling faces!

Amey is a graduate of Douglas High School. Not only has she earned her Certified Dental Assistant Degree from Northeast State Community College, but she is also certified by the Academy of Orthodontic Assistants.Amey and her husband Fabian love having family adventures with their daughter Lexi. Ameys favorite activities include hiking, canoeing, riding horses, and enjoying farm life. Ameys favorite part about working at Skelton Orthodontics is working with all of the great patients!

Maci is a 2016 graduate of Collinsville High School. She is currently attending Jacksonville State University to pursue a degree in Business Marketing. She has been with the Skelton Orthodontics team for 2 years and hopes to be here many more! She spends most of her free time with her four German Shorthaired Pointers: Trigger, Shooter, Heidi, Mia and her English Cocker, Cotton. Her favorite part about working at Skelton Orthodontics is getting to spend time with her work family and interacting with our amazing patients!

Teresa has been with Dr. Aimee Skelton since June of 2003. She loves getting to know new patients and really enjoys watching the progression of their new smiles from start to finish. When shes not busy behind the counter at the office, Teresa loves to spend time outdoors, especially with her husband Barry, daughter Hilary and stepson Hunter.

Bryna graduated from Sylvania High School and has been with the Skelton Orthodontics team for five years! She is certified by the Academy of Orthodontic Assisting! Bryna loves being part of the Skelton Orthodontics team and contributing to the beautiful smiles Dr. Skelton creates. On the weekends, Bryna loves to spend time with her husband Andrew and their baby boy Elijah.

Jessica is a graduate of Fort Payne High School. She attended NACC and Athens State University. Jessica loves to spend time with her friends, family, and dog, Heidi. A couple of her favorite hobbies are decorating and baking.

Diana is a graduate from Fort Payne High school. She also graduated from NACC achieving an Associates degree in arts. In her spare time, she can be found outdoors. She loves hiking and kayaking with her fianc. I love helping patients achieve the smile theyve always wanted.

Clinical Assistant Hannah is a 2016 graduate of Pisgah High School. She earned a dental assisting certificate from Penn Foster Career School and an online orthodontic assisting course certificate. During her free time, Hannah enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her husband and friends.

Hayley graduated from Valley Head in 2014. She attended NACC and earned a certificate in general education. She also earned an online orthodontic assisting course certificate when starting with Skelton Orthodontics. Hayley has two boys Corbin and Bryce. When she is not spending time with her boys, she loves to refurbish furniture.
