Dr. Elizabeth Skelly was born and raised in Bethlehem, PA. Her path to dentistry uniquely started on the pitchers mound of a high school softball field. A batted ball caused a jaw injury that unfortunately ended her season that year, but opened her eyes to a healthcare field that she is now extremely proud to be a part of. She learned that through a team approach to dental care, her smile could be restored in function and esthetics.
Dr. Skelly established Skelly Smiles in April, 2016. Working with her dedicated team, she creates beautiful smiles using the latest advances in dental technology She also enjoys giving back to the community as a volunteer at the General Practice Residency Program at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg Campus, where she received the Clinical Teacher of the Year Award in 2017. She also is a 4 time participant in the MOM-n-PA volunteer dental event which provides free dental services to those in need throughout the state.
In her free time, Dr. Skelly is an avid sports fan, taking in various events with friends and family. She enjoys golfing, snowboarding, exploring craft breweries, and spoiling her 2 Bulldogs, Kona and Paddy.

I did NOT take care of my teeth as a kid. They worked with me in 2017(?) To take full advantage of my expiring benefits to get God knows how many fillings. Now it's years later and they cleaned me and did 2 root canals in one sitting. Very nicely explained the procedure to me as it was going along (because I asked). Honestly, start to finish, on average, it's more painful to eat a bag of doritos than it was to get my 2 root canals. I didn't feel the novacaine shots nor the drilling. Excellent. They're so nice. Can't recommend them highly enough. Oh and they didn't guilt me about my terrible teeth at the time. They just helped me figure out how to get myself back ok track.

Called to make same day appointment as advertised on their site for pain. Was told end of the month. For a dental emergency. False advertisement.

I came in to the office as a new patient and was nervous as most would be with the procedure that needed to be done. The staff was very understanding and comforting all the way through. Dr. Skelly was very professional and also eased my nerves by explaining every detail about my previous condition and also every step of the way through the procedure. I would highly recommend going to her office for any and all dental needs as she has certainly gained a new long term patient within myself and my family!

Dr. Skelly was so personable and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked into her office. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone! She is by far the best! I went there for a root canal, I was very nervous but Dr. Skelly talked to me the entire time and made sure I was comfortable first. I had fevers, night sweats, vomiting, and found a mass in my tongue. This "doctor" said she couldn't find anything and told me that I just had dry mouth due to my mental health meds. She condescendingly said she'd refer me to an oral surgeon, but that if he agreed with her, I should really look into Biotene. I have my doctorate in Physical Therapy. I told her that she should work on her palpation skills, because it was a tumor, and she is a narcissist.
