In all my years I've never been so comfortable coming into any dental office. Dr. Frerichs and his staff are all professional, friendly and welcoming. Always excellent quality work. I highly recommend him and his staff to all my friends.

I am not one to usually write reviews, but these guys are awesome! Hands down the best dentist office I've been to. From my first phone call, they were so helpful. They were able to squeeze me in within two days as a new patient for some pain I was experiencing. They are a ways out for cleanings (understandably so), but they had told me we could at least see what the problem I was having was. After talking with the doctor, we decided I needed a tooth pulled. He told me he could fit me in the next week, but he didn't have time today. As I was heading out, they told me they had a cleaning cancellation and within 30 mins I was sitting having a cleaning done! Then the doctor came back and told me he didn't want me to wait until next week in pain so he could do it at 4pm that day. He then had another cancellation and kindly moved me up to 11am! The extraction of my wisdom tooth from numbing to leaving took less than minutes and went flawlessly! When leaving, the awesome ladies up front spent time working with me about my insurance and planning the best way to get all my work done and covered by insurance. I have so much appreciation for them and seriously recommend using them!

Each visit is such a great experience, starting right away as you are greeted with friendliness and professionalism. Appointments are very timely. My hygienist does an excellent job of a thorough and gentle cleaning. Amanda does a great job of explaining what is being done and why, making you feel engaged in the process. The doctors exam is equally top notch as well. If something is found that needs to be repaired or restored, he details all of your options so you can make an informed decision. On a scale of one to five stars this place gets six!!

The office is super clean and the staff prioritizes the health and safety of the patient. The patients comfort is always considered. My dentist is Dr. Frierchs. He is top notch.

Would place zero stars if I could. Receptionist on the phone was rude, disrespectful and not compassionate at all. I would rather drive 1 hour to somewhere else to be seen with way better service. The first impression is the receptionist and the customers like me will be driven away due to horrible choice of employee.
