Even though the office is busy and waiting time is long average of 30mins, the receptionist are always welcoming ,pleasant and professional. Dr. Julian is highly recommend if you are looking for a great trust worthy dentist in the community.

I love this office! The dentist and staff are so nice and take really great care of me. My experiences in the past made me reluctant to visit the dentist, even though I needed it for years. My mom was a patient of dr. Doris Ortiz. We valued Dr Ortiz because she was a Spanish speaking professional. My poor mother has struggled with her dental care from lack of resources in he country. Finally being able to take care of the issue she was happy to be under Dr Ortiz care. My mother was fully prepared to endure the excruciating healing process as a diabetic. But so many delays and excuses has caused my mother to need multiple sizing appointments, which makes this process never ending. She has lost a significant amount of weight during this stressful process.The issue is Dr. Ortiz, whom retired without finishing my mothers work, or without saying a word to anyone. Apparently this was a surprise to the front desk staff or whomever answers the calls as well. She has also left numerous other patients in limbo, as I've spoken to a few. If it were so easy as to go to another practice but unfortunately, the insurance has already paid for the work. This was already a tough process to begin with, and the unprofessional handle of my mothers care has made it only that much worse. I don't know if my review speaks on this dental practice as a whole or just on Dr Doris Ortiz, but this review isn't just on behalf of my mother but on behalf of all the Spanish speaking patents that put trust on Dr Ortiz and were left hanging. I'm disappointed because as a community we should look out for each other and take care of each other. I might not be able to locate Dr Ortiz to give her a piece of my mind but may Karma come and accompany you on your retirement Dr Ortiz. I hope you read this review and regret leaving on such a bad note. All those yeas to retire in this manner? says a lot. I hope the practice has replaced you with someone kinder and better.
