This is the worst place ever! They make us waste our time there. The orthodontist Dr is always late for his appointments and this place they don't have a steady general dentist, you never see the same dr again and you have to explain all over every time and every dr tells you something different. The staff is not nice since they don't let you know the dr is late and they make you wait over an hour. They lost good customers, we know the staff when they where at Woodside family dental and we follow them to their new place...big mistake!

This team the doctors the staff especially Michelle is beyond amazing. They go out of their way to help patients ... super sweet super clean super awesome place! Ask for Michelle

After ny check up, this clinic didn't call me back after learning that my insurance will not cover everything, I told them I have money to pay whatever it will cost me after my insurance, they're not considerate and just after the money.

I found my new dentist! Those 5 stars reviews don't lie. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Friendly stuff, experienced doctor, clean clinic. Accept most of the insurances. Highly recommended. Note: There are on the first floor, the entrance in the middle of the block.

10 stars for this place !! Excelent customer service, place was SUPER clean , and followed covid 19 protocol. They gave dispossable shoes cover, and one of the lady helped to put the shoes cover on my daughter's shoes ( WOW..she treated us like a KING ). They checked our temperature. Inside they asked us to wash our hands.The dentist explained my question very nice and patience. The staffs were excelent ! My daughter cried after he pulled out her tooth, and one of the staff carried her and calmed her down super nice . EXCELENT !!!!

I started coming to 60th Family Dental during COVID times with a lot of doubts since I have had several bad experiences with dentists before and my very first procedure here was actually a crown so I was incredibly nervous going into that. However, the staff made me feel especially safe and are all incredibly kind, especially all the nurses, technicians and the receptionists. They always greet you with such happy faces and are so willing to engage with you. The facility is also impeccably clean and they even give you slippers for your shoes when you walk in. The dentist is also really nice and willing to answer any questions you might have. Great experience overall!

Best Dental experience ever! Michelle is amazing very friendly and extremely professional! Excellent clean definitely the best I ever had and great advice which worked well for me! Very clean office and timely! Honestly will never go elsewhere customer for life! Thank you Michelle & crew!! Your very much appreciated and are by far the best in NYC!

What can I say that everyone else hasn't? Sixtieth Family Dental is so amazing and I am so glad I found them. Like others, I've had terrible experiences with other dentists, but here, they immediately put me at ease. I want to add that I am a person that has several dental issues and I have called them many times first thing in the morning for urgent care, and they always accommodate me the same day. They are super clean, modern, organized, quick, and follow all COVID-19 protocols from before you enter their facility. Everyone is just so awesome!!!!

Before anything, I want to say that the dentist himself was very nice, professional and did a great job. Good beside manner and very knowledgable. However, it was unfortunate that COVID protocol was not followed at the front desk. No masks were worn. I asked one girl why she wasn't wearing a mask and she said she would be putting it on soon. She never did. That is not okay, especially for medical workers. It was a small and open practice, which made me uncomfortable and reluctant to stay. I even mentioned this to the staff. It was risky, but I ultimately decided to continue with the appointment to discuss the x-rays with the dentist. He was very diligent and had on his mask and gloves, so I let him do a quick cleaning when he offered it. Afterwards, they emailed me my referral and scan which was great. But please keep the mask issue in mind if you want to book here.

I had a phenomenal experience, very gentle dentist and clean dental office. They have certain protocols to help prevent COVID 19 especially in close contact with a dentist, which many dental offices don't offer. Exquisite services. The staff was really sweet, and respectful.
