I've gotten my teeth cleaned for several years now @ SIU Dental Clinic. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Cripps the Staff Dentist and her assistant Rachel. I had 2 fillings done. I've never felt more comfortable about having dental work! The staff is highly professional, awesome at making you feel right at home and you can't beat the prices! I will most definitely put my confidence in all the Staff here @ SIU Community Dental for all my future dental care.

This is the worst experience ever! Do not go there. I had to wait a month to get my daughter in there. They call me the morning of her appointment to cancel due to the doctor's family member being sick. They wanted to reschedule for over a month again? I tried to explain to the receptionist that we can't wait another month. She was rude and sarcastic and I asked to speak to her supervisor and this lady was just as bad so I can see that this is how they train their employees. Her solution was maybe we should just go somewhere else. I asked to speak to whoever is over this clinic and she didn't give me the info. Said she will just cancel my daughter off of the schedule all together. Do not ever go to this place. To have a successful trade you must also have good people skills which they are definitely lacking. I understand things happen but they should try and make things right and not just throw people back at the end of the line as their solution. Unacceptable.

I will never go back to a regular dentist. These people are amazing the teachers do a wonderful job. I seriously couldn't be happier ! Thanks for making things affordable for everyone.

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. The students and staff are exceptional and very kind. You will never experience a more meticulous dental appointment. The prices are also very hard to beat, my whole cleaning plus full mouth x-rays only costed $60!!!

The SIU Dental Hygiene Clinic truly provides exceptional service. The student clinicians are thorough on cleaning and very informative when it comes to tips and tricks for at home oral health care. Although this is a student based clinic, I trust that I am in good hands and do not mind coming in for longer visits to help the students learn. I will definately be returning!
