Dr. Unger is seriously the best dentist I've ever had !! Makes you super comfortable and listens to all your concerns and is patient. He seriously makes going to the dentist an overall better experience.

I hate to admit it, but I haven't been to a dentist in years. I recently moved back to the area and needed to find a dentist, and I'm very happy that I went with Sitwell. Ashley was great! She listened to my concerns, made feel comfortable, and was extremely thorough. They came up with a plan for my next few visits and assisted with insurance questions. Everyone that I've talked to so far has been extremely helpful. It's so nice to be back on track.

I recently had a root canal and cap prep appointment Dr Joan Marshall and her assistant Erika did an amazing job. They easily took a stressful procedure and made it light and almost fun. (It was still a root canal) I would highly recommend their care to my friends and more importantly my own family. Thank you very much.

Igad a front cap that came off on my front tooth ND I asked the morning off ND I got an appointment very quickly ND I saw Dr marshall she solve my problem glued my tooth back on ND I loved the services office was really clean ND not alot of people they saw me right away very happy with their service so far I'm going back next month for a cleaning ND a follow up

I have been going to Sitwell Dental in Clifton Park and now their Malta Location for over 3 years. I usually see John O'Brien. The staff at Sitwell are very accommodating. I was very weary of going to the dentist from past experiences in other dental offices. The staff is very patient, kind and understanding. They did not judge me for taking a hiatus of taking care of my dental health due to my dental anxiety. They eased my fears and now I look forward to going to Sitwell. I'm happy to hear they are opening up a 3rd location in Saratoga! If you need a new dentist or looking for a dentist please go to Sitwell you won't be disappointed. Edited: I just left Sitwell Dental for an emergency tooth bonding 10/20/2022. They got me in fast and luckily for me it was a quick fix! I got to see Dr. Christopher Unger this time and he was very kind and professional. My hygienist Tessa was very sweet and welcoming. Last Friday, I had my cleaning with Heather and Dr. John O'Brien . I just love being able to go to a place that makes me feel like I'm more than a patient to them. Love my conversations with Heather and the positive feedback I get from the whole team.

Dr. O'Brian and the other staff at Sitwell Dental are kind, responsive to my requests/needs, up to date on dental practices, and professional. Their dental club, which costs $250 per year, allows for 2 free cleanings and 30% off all dental work. My husband paid $180 for a cleaning at his dentist and never gets a reduction in dental fees, so I consider Sitwell's club a bargain. They also offer implants. I had a bad experience with implants elsewhere and wish I had found Sitwell first. Personally, I'm very happy I made the switch to Sitwell.

Sefka is without a doubt the best dental hygienist I've ever had and will only set my appointments with her. Everyone on staff is also very friendly, but she is the reason I keep coming back.

I get my teeth cleaned regularly and I was under the impression that my teeth were doing well considering the last dental office never really said anything to the contrary. I go every 6 months faithfully and I thought I was getting a good cleaning and exam...boy was I wrong. Going to Sitwell was a whole new experience. The waiting room is clean and modern, the reception ladies are very friendly and welcoming especially Kristen, who I spoke to numerous times on the phone with prior to coming in, Ava and Danielle were very very helpful answering all my questions and all are very knowledgeable and constantly smiling. My hygienist, Christine Blowers was the best I have ever had. She knows her teeth, and now mine! Shes got a wicked sense of humor and is a straight shooter. If she thinks something needs to be done she tells ya, gently. If you dont want to do something, she doesnt push. She respects her patients. The room was very clean and organized. She seems to be a team player, calling in help when needed and works hard to keep the office running smoothly. I will be requesting her every time I go. Christine even worked well with the dentist. It seemed like the 2 spoke before the dentist came into the room because she had knowledge of some trouble areas in my mouth, explained how to correct the issues and what would be in my best interest orally. I have never had such a comprehensive exam from a dentist before. She didnt just look around and say "Looks good!" She touched every tooth and looked at xrays. I left the office with a clear plan on getting my teeth back in order and am confident sticking with Sitwell will get me back on track! I've been shopping at K-Mart for so long...NOW I'm shopping at Macys/Bloomingdale's!

I made an appointment for a tooth ache. They got me in the next day. I was a new patient. The office was friendly and clean. Dr Marshall ( I think that was her name ) was wonderful. She was very professional and friendly. I will definitely be going back to her.

I have been a patient at Sitwell for a year and a half and I have been happy with my experience with the practice, both doctors and staff. My hygienist, Heather, is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. She also helps to ease my dental anxiety.

Dr. John is fantastic! Had a crown and filling replaced in one appointment. Zero pain and feel great! At Sitwell, they care about the patient! Heather is also Amazing! I have been going there for over 3 years and can tell you her care and attentiveness to her patients is outstanding! Highly recommend.
