This place gets 10 stars! I have never in 55 years had a better experience at a dental office. I'm not a good dental patient and these people were so good and patient with me. I had no pain whatsoever. I was relaxed and comfortable. Dr.Reynolds and his entire staff were very polite and helpful. Nice people here. It was a good day for a root canal. Lol..

This place is the absolute BEST!!! I had a severe tooth infection in a tooth that needed a root canal that ended up spreading and making me really sick. Dr. Reynolds and his team were amazing through the entire process. Although I ended up needing to go to the hospital for awhile because it got so bad, Dr. Reynolds, the receptionists, and his assistants were so incredibly caring and involved the whole time. I was so scared but they were ALWAYS there for me, available to help me anytime. I highly recommend Dr. Reynolds and his team!!!

Dr..Diamond and his staff were thoughtful and dedicated to our safety during this time of concern. Dr. Diamond did an excellent job on an abscessed tooth and root canal! Thank you Brittany for helping me get in so quickly! This place is awonderful and would recommend it highly. Thanks to ALL the staff at Medfird Siskiyou Endodontics!!!

I just had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kai Reynolds. If you are looking for a doctor that cares about his patients, Dr. Reynolds is for you. Dr. Reynolds took the time to ask me how I responded to numbing and if I had any allergies or concerns. I told him I was particularly resistant to numbing and he was incredibly patient. He reapplied Novocain 4 TIMES! He really understood how much pain I was in. Dr. Reynolds requested a second 3D scan for me when the first did not clearly show an area of interest. These scans are quite costly, and I was NOT charged for the additional scan, but in the end both doctor and patient felt they got the images they needed. Dr. Reynolds did a wonderful job on the hardest Root in the mouth, a double root that splits deep below. This was no problem for Dr Reynolds, even when the canal burst forth with lots of inflammation liquids, he still got the job done, easily and professionally. During the procedure, everything was explained to me clearly and concisely. There is a portion of the procedure when the tooth is open and it needs to be treated with antibiotics which is incredibly important, otherwise a deep infection could take place deep in the jaw and cause severe problems. This takes 15 MINUTES, and I felt incredibly relaxed the entire time as my technician was seated right behind me and let me rest. Lastly, Dr. Reynolds is NOT YOUR dentist. He is an endodontist YOUR dentist refers you to to treat a specific problem. He mentioned several times to not use the temporary crown and that its necessary to see my Dentist as soon as possible to have a crown placed over the tooth. I was bite matched prior to leaving, but it was clear that I was not to use the tooth in this manner (chewing with perfect bite). Dr. Reynolds agreed to see me less than 24 hours after I called him in pain and distress. I cannot describe how important it was and how much pain I was in. I didn't have a chance to thank the other patients, who had their appointments booked well in advance, for thier patience. Maybe they spent a little longer in the waiting room or their chair, but to me it meant the world. If, during my regular booking I have an opportunity to help another patient in root canal distress who needs an emergency appointment, I would happily and patiently oblige knowing how important it was to me. Thank you Dr. Kai Reynolds, Thank you to your fabulous technicians and your office support staff! I WILL be seeing you again!

I had a terrible experience with Dr Kai Reynolds. If you are looking for a doctor that cares about his patients, this is NOT the doctor. I was left in the room, in the middle of my root canal, nerves exposed. He went and started another patient in the next room. I sat there listening to him take care of someone else while I lay there, mouth propped open, nerves exposed, couldnt swallow, extremely uncomfortable. I was sitting there for over 15min Dr Kai also had another patient going, in another room, before my surgery procedure was over. It's obvious he would rather move his patients through like cattle for the money, then actually care to do an efficient job on his client I told Dr Kai Reynolds I will need 2x the dosage (as normal for me). He did not take my suggestion and in result we had to stop 6 times! To numb me up. As a result of that I am now dealing with 2x the soreness as usual. Dr Kai Reynolds does not listen to his clients After finishing my surgery, Dr Reynolds ran out to his next patient, without finishing my bite match. He put in a temporary filling, and didn't see if my bite would be off from the new filling. When your bite is off, it can start to cause more dental issues. It can bruise other teeth, cause headaches and more! After saying something to Dr Reynolds assistant, she did do a bite match and seen the sides of my tooth were a little too high, not matching. Again, Dr Kai was already with another patient, not caring if his previous patients have been fully taken care of. He was not available, from the other room, to fix this issue I now have to go back to my regular dentist to make sure my bite match is correct After my unprofessional, frustrating experience, I am in high hopes my root canal was done properly. If not I will be contacting the dental board. Only time will tell I highly recommend you find another Dr other than Dr Kai Reynolds Cherie'

Dr. Reynolds has done 3 root canals on me and every one of them turned out great. The front office staff was helpful and friendly with a lot of personality. My assistants were very attentive, friendly and professional. Dr. Reynolds sang during my appointments and made each of my pretty enjoyable. He also answered all of my questions and concerns. I definitely recommend Dr. Reynolds for all endodontic needs.

Been in dental pain from last November with a crown emergency that shattered off. My regular dentist retired and the dentist that took his place was out of the office. Having your roots exposed is terribly painful so I got into the first dentist that could see me quickly. That was my first mistake. Had a temp crown put on right before thanksgiving. Went back for the permanent crown & it didn't fit, so they put a temp back on. This was right before Christmas. I started really having pain and I called the dentist office and they told me they would put me on antibiotics to see if that might help or refer me to a endodontist. I said Christmas is a few days away and a long weekend and it's keeping me up at night would someone be available if I needed something . They said yes they would be there even on Christmas Eve. That was a total lie, there phone tree didn't even work . Needless to say I knew I needed to see an endodontist. So after Christmas I called and got the soonest appointment available with Dr. Reynolds. I have seen him before and his personality is the best. Not only did they see me yesterday morning they got me right in that afternoon for a root canal. From the the minute I walked in it was a warm friendly atmosphere where I felt welcome , cared for and respected as a patient . He could see the agony I had been thru and was forthcoming on what needed to be addressed. This office truly cares about their patients. Excellent staff ! Root canal went well and I'm so excited that yes it will be tender for a few but the main complaint from the get go is fixed ! Now I will be able to enjoy Taco Tuesdays again

Dr. Reynolds and the whole staff are AMAZING!! I was late to my appointment and they still saw me. The whole process helped me to calm down. I would Recommend them to anyone requiring a root canal.

Dr. Renyolds and his staff are amazing! I came to him in really bad shape due to a misdiagnosis from my local dentist. I required a root canal and surgery for infection. From the moment I contacted them I knew I was in good hands. With this being my first root canal I was worried but I didn't feel a thing. It was like getting a cavity filled. They went above and beyond my expectations. If you need work done look no further. Thank you siskiyou endodontics!
