Staff is awsome, going out of there way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Dr Aguilar is the best along with her dental hygienists! I definitely recommend Dr. Aguilar!

It was time to switch to a new dentist closer to my home so I went to google and read through a lot of reviews from multiple dentists and found that this dentist had a lot of reviews and that they were all 5 stars so I thought.. "Perfect! Let's call and see how they are over the phone first." They were very nice and friendly over the phone and I thought okay nice people and great reviews let's go for it!! (The reason for all the good reviews if your wondering if because if you leave a great review they will put you name in a drawing to win Disneyland tickets. As everyone wants those tickets... up the 5 stars on google go!) I sent them over a picture of my insurance card and information so that they could call and make sure that I was covered by my insurance to go to their office. I pay for great insurance that covers me very well, the only key is making sure that the dentist is within the correct network and that I will be covered. After sending them my insurance information they said it would take a couple days to verify if I was covered to see them and that they would call me back and let me know. Two days passed and they called back and let me know that I was good to go and that my insurance did indeed cover me and their office! I said great! Let's get an appointment ASAP! We did and I got a full scan of my teeth, was seen by the doctor, and bought a fluoride toothpaste as well. I paid for everything, got my receipt and signed it and filed it at my house. I then Scheduled an appointment for my teeth cleaning. (1 month and 1 week apart) Then I get a phone call the day before my appointment (1 month and 1 week later) and Aracely said so sorry but I just wanted to let you know that you have a balance with us here and to bring money because I am actually NOT covered with their office under my insurance. WOW!! I was shocked and felt betrayed by the dental office I just felt like I built a relationship with. There was no reason to come in for a teeth cleaning or the other procedures I needed because I was not covered by my insurance with them. So I was asked the pay the money for the xrays and find a new dentist! WOW! I got no sincere apologies from office staff or the dentist. Just a.. I'm so sorry! After calling my insurance and filing an appeal with their office and waiting, I still had to pay and was told to ask the office for my xrays at least to provide to my new dentist so I did that and when I received the xrays they were incomplete and stacked on top of each other rendering them useless. I'm sure it was done on purpose. The REALLY sad thing though is that I had no pain or sensitivity in my mouth at all and the doctor recommended my replacing two of my previous fillings and I agreed because I didn't know any better and once going to another doctor I find out that my fillings are perfectly fine and should be for more years. Also I was up sold special toothpaste and was told to schedule a second teeth cleaning that I would pay out of pocket because my teeth needed deep cleaning. This office definitely seems to be upselling for money. So lessons learned.. always call your insurance provider to confirm coverage NOT a dental office and also.. never go to this dentist! I hope this helps some people out to not have a bad experience like I did.

Even during these unprecedented times, the place is very clean and welcoming. When you first arrive, you are greeted by the friendly open arms and very compassionate Araceli. She always greets you with a big smile on her face. Once you get a hug from her, you are greeted by one of the many shy but funny assistants Jessica who just lights your world with a friendly beautiful smile. Once your done with your exam, get ready for some real fun and humor as Dr. Cavity's worst nightmare will greet you with her whit and charm. Don't be fooled for no cavity is a match for DR. SIRINA AGUILAR is there to save the day. This is a friendly welcoming and child friendly place filled with love, whit, charm, and compassionate staff. Oops, I almost forgot the nicest, most innocent (not), very funny, best hygienist on the team is Mrs. Erika Aguilera.

We have complete trust in Dr. Aguilar. She has taken great care of our entire family. Dr. Aguilar is especially good with children and grandchildren. The office staff is exceptional.

I absolutely love this dental office. Each and every one of the staff are very sweet and make their clients feel at ease. They feel like family. I couldn't be happier with switching to this office.

If you're looking for a dentist Dr. Aguilar is the one to go to. Dr. Aguilar and her staff are the best. Always friendly and making you feel comfortable from the start. So if you're scared of the dentist she's the one to go to. I've had friends that are scared of the dentist and I referred them to her and they just love her.
