Sooooo, I purchased a plan for dental cleaning and this company did not warn or inform me that my "dental cleaning" self-paid membership that they offer in-house was near expiring even though they repeatedly had the time to call and email me regarding other "MORE EXPENSIVE" services that they wanted me to schedule...I WAS A NEW CLIENT AND VERY UNAWARE OF THE ONE YEAR EXPIRATION DATE!!! Suzy had the chance to make it right by offering me a final cleaning instead she insulted my intelligence and when I told her I couldn't redeem it sooner bc I was out of state helping my dying grandpa get better she basically said "TOO BAD". You guys are ripping people off and getting away with it with NO remorse...

I have never liked going to the dentist and many that I have gone to were awful. Sipes Dental is AMAZING. Dr. Benner and his assistant Dominique were wonderful during my root canal. The receptionists are awesome too. I am so glad I found this dental practice!

I had an appointment with Sipes Dental this morning for a teeth cleaning. I entered the practice and no one was wearing a mask: not the patients, nor the receptionists (3 or 4 of them) at the reception area, which is centrally located with consultation rooms, with open doors, surrounding it. The dental hygienist who would be attending me was not wearing a mask either. When I was called to my appointment, she did put a mask on, but the proximity of the room where I was to have my teeth cleaned and the reception area, where no one was wearing masks was negligible. I asked why no one was wearing masks, and the hygienist said that they were not required to do so. I have looked at the PA department of health's website and masks are required in health care facilities. Is a dentist's clinic not a health care facility? As my husband has Lymphoma, kidney disease, and hearth disease, I was not willing to risk taking off my mask to have my teeth cleaned in a confined and unsafe environment so close to unmasked people at the reception desk and in the waiting area, where no one was wearing a mask either. This is not the level of care I expect in a health care facility. This complete disregard for the state mandate is irresponsible and not only puts compromised patients at risk but also any of the patient's high risk family members, such as my husband. After questioning the dental hygienist, who was at this time wearing a mask but who was within hearing distance of the reception area, I decided to forgo my dental appointment so as to not put myself and my compromised husband at risk. I am shocked and disappointed at the level of carelessness at this practice. I will be looking for a practice that follows a responsible protocol of care.

Went for check-up today. Both receptionists were wearing their masks under their chins. When I asked the one who was waiting on me to please put her mask over her nose, she said wait a minute. Then when she did put it up over her nose, she let it fall back down. I told her that my husband and I didn't feel safe and she shrugged. I did request to speak with Dr. Sipes and was informed that he was too busy to speak with me. I offered to wait and was told I wouldn't be able to see him. My husband and I left due to the unsafe conditions.

Always a pleasant experience at Sipes Dental. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Sipes is fantastic and very good at explaining things. It's evident that every one who works at Sipes has a passion for their job. The new hygienist, Nicole, made my teeth sparkle!

The facility is very modern, the staff is highly trained and skilled and Dr Sipes is very educated and skilled as well. The dental assistant was very attentive and took the time to discuss things with me, as did Dr Sipes. Facility has all the latest technology and knowledge to get the job done right.

I've been a patient at Sipes Dental for years. I've seen several hygienists, worked with many of the staff, and they are always friendly, helpful, and pleasant. It's nice to see Dr. Sipes near the end of most appointments -- nice guy who runs a great practice. I had Nicole for the first time this week and she was amazing! I don't plan on going anywhere else for dental work anytime soon!

Bryan Sipes has put together a great service team in his office. ( We are taking a dentist office ) who likes someone routing around inside your mouth ? But Nicole did a cleaning and some x-rays and she was great. Very smooth, professional and offered suggestions for improvement after I left the office. The nice lady at the front desk was great. ( forgot her name) She set me up with a couple appointments in the future and was willing to work around my schedule. Very happy with the service at Bryans office. If you are looking for a full service dentist, give them a call.

I have gone to Sipes dental for years and love them! They are taking the COVID-19 precautions seriously and are doing everything they can to make you feel safe and comfortable. They always greet you with a smile and make you feel like family. Kelsey was great! She is always outgoing, remembers all the different quirks about my teeth and their sensitivity. I avoided going to the dentist for years because it was always painful and I felt like a number. Sipes changed that for me and I actually look forward to going to the dentist now. I highly recommend them!!!

I moved to Tenn in Auguest and I still come back to PA so I can have my dential work completed by Dr. Sipes and his staff.
