Dr. Kang took over the practice from Dr. Constance Hugh in 2002. Since then, the size of the practice has grown significantly almost twice its original size. We are proud to still care for patients referred to us from Dr. Hugh.
We have been in practice long enough to see former pediatric patients go off to college, get married, and become parents themselves. There is no greater compliment to us than being able to treat multiple generations of the same family.
Dr. Kang immigrated from Seoul, South Korea to the United States, where he completed his higher education. He has practiced at his Dorsey Hall location in Ellicott City, MD, since 2002. He enjoys learning and taking continuing dental education courses regularly to stay current and is very proficient in cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Kang, his wife, and three daughters live in Howard County. He loves to fish and to read about history. Dr. Kang also enjoys practicing Kendo, a sword-based martial art, to stay focused and mentally and physically healthy.

Ms Mee from front desk was really great, helping us with a quick appointment, and listened to us with all our queries Ms Shino , the hygienist was really great. She did a great job on my dental cleaning and she has lots of patience. I will book my next cleaning and I would request her only.
