This office deserves a 0 or negative star rating.--STAY AWAY-- My elderly mother scheduled an appt as a new patient for today more than a week ago. She arrived to the office to be told by the person who answered the door that they were not seeing patients. No prior notice was given, no phone call or email to say her appt was cancelled or needed to be schedule. This is highly unacceptable and absolutely unprofessional. She was left standing in the heat with no where to sit waiting to be picked up and she's recovering from knee surgery. They would not let her wait inside. We likely dogged a bullet because I can imagine they provide deplorable and incompetent patient care.

Dr. Anilesh Katte excellent Doctor. Knows his subject very well. Has a lot of patience to listen to his patients and treats them with a lot of respect. I would recommend him to anyone.

Really like this dentist. He always squeezes me in his work schedule. The doctor is very professional, and he definitely is an expert at his field.

The staff is really friendly and the office is some what clean if you go to the Westchester office. The office in the Bronx is disgusting. It looks like something out of horror movie. It's super dirty and out dated. It had pieces of the wall missing and the room for treatment is dark and dingy. I would not recommend this place to anyone that wants quality care. The Dentist are husband and wife with no bedside manners. They are more interested in getting your money then helping you have healthy teeth. I had a root canal and he didn't want to cover my tooth with a crown that my insurance approved he wanted me to buy a 200 dollar one stating that it was much better for me. Yeah right, better for his pockets. I ended up having to remove the tooth because of the infection I got. After that long ordeal I left and will never return.

This place is horrible!! I went to this office at the Yonkers location in dire need of something done because my tooth was giving me pain. I was a new patient and this office was kind enough to squeeze me in that day. After getting x-rays done the dentist claim he knew exactly what teeth were giving me pain & that they needed to be extracted. Before I got those teeth pulled the dentist asked if I would be willing to pay an additional $50 out of pocket for a machine that further X-rays the mouth. I agreed to have this done. Once this was done the dentist was ready to extract the teeth. When that was done the secretary told me that I needed to take two prescriptions and that the dentist needed to see me back in two weeks. I picked up my two prescriptions from my pharmacy that same day which were ibuprofen 600 mg and amoxicillin 500 mg. My two week appointment was scheduled for a Saturday but I was called the day before on Friday around 7pm that they needed to switch my appointment. Unfortunately I wasn't able to talk because I was rushing to the emergency room with my son so I asked the secretary if she could give me a call Saturday the day of my appointment. That Saturday I did not receive a call and from being in the hospital all night with my son I was too tired to call them so I gave them a call on Monday morning. I asked if I can make an appointment for the Saturday coming up in that week but I was told there were no available appointments so I told the secretary I'll call back to see if there's a better day that works out for me because I am a single mom that works during the week so Saturdays are the best days for me. Tuesday afternoon while at work my mouth began to hurt me in the pain that I was experiencing before I got my tooth pulled. Both medications that were prescribed for me we're finished so I did not understand why I was going through this pain but I took some Motrin. The Motrin did relieve the pain until 2 o'clock in the morning my teeth began to hurt me again which woke me out of my sleep so I proceeded to take some Tylenol extra strength that I had in my house. I took three Tylenol extra strengths and it did not help me at all. Literally in tears because my teeth were hurting so bad I took another three Tylenols all in an hour time frame and finally I was able to fall asleep to only wake up with the same pain. On my way to work I stopped at the store and got some Motrin and again the Motrin worked for a little bit but the pain came right back. I called the office and told them what was going on and that I needed an appointment ASAP for that Saturday. Instead of making an appointment for me or telling me to come in that day, they needed all this information regarding my insurance that they already had. On top of that the secretary kept putting me on hold I guess she was asking the dentist questions regarding my situation and the dentist told her to ask me questions like if my mouth was swollen and if I had been taking any medications. After going through all of that to make it worst they continued to offer me appointments that did not work for me. With them wanting to change my original appointment for whatever reason at the last minute I felt they should of accommodated me especially since I was in pain but they didn't. After expressing my anger another secretary got on the phone and basically asked me all the same information the other secretary asked me. She did not want to deal with me and told me that someone would give me a call. She did not say when and I did not receive a call that day or the following day. Toothaches are one of the worst pain and to be a dentist & work in a dentist office they should know this. I finally got a call two days later that they were willing to accommodate me and schedule me an appointment but I had already seen another dentist and I will never do business with this place again!!!!
