We have a modern sterilization system that surpasses OSHA requirements. The source of water for our dental units is distilled water (bottled water) which removes any chances for contamination from regular tap water such as that used in most dental offices.

Horrible office. They lied about what my insurance covered to try and get me to pay out of pocket. Do not go to this place, Dr Daniel will lie to you about what is covered to try and get you to pay cash. I recommend another office.

This office is notably professional with a semblance of calm...with healthcare facilities you have the front house care, and then the back house care,....the back house care is super charged, I mean super charged to meets your needs, particularly with you in mind , that is if you if you have an abundance of empathy in mind, then they can cater to those needs specifically. Now Narina, ...she's one of the hygienist's there on staff, a soft and passionate about the way she conducts herself kind of hygienist; but ...in caring for your needs, it's as if she's known you all her life,...so make sure you stop by.

This was the worst dentist that I've ever seen. There's absolutely zero privacy. They performed the cleaning in a bullpen type area with 3 other cleaning stations and no walls. They tried to up sell everything. They said that I had 3 cavities and I needed a deep clean. Mind you, I've been going to the dentist every 6 months for my entire adult life. My previous dentist never flagged that I had any cavities. They also had 3 different people treating me. One to clean, one to look at my gums, and then one dentist (who I don't think was even Kniter). After complaining that my night guard needed to be resized, the dentist told me that I should bring my night guard in. I said that I have it. And then the dentist asked the hygienist if they had something that could resize it and the hygienist said "no." And then they both ignored me and never addressed it again. The customer service was horrendous. Also when the person was poking at my gums, another person tried squeeze by and bumped her while she had things in my mouth and I choked. Nobody apologized. They just pretended it didn't even happen. This place is AWFUL.

I've been going to this office for several years now and have had both routine cleanings and advanced treatments performed on my teeth. Dr. K and her team are outstanding, from the doctors to the hygienists to the front desk, everyone makes you feel welcomed and valued as a patient. I had an implant done here and was so grateful for Dr. K's expertise and attention to cosmetic detail. I feel like I am in great hands at this office. These strange reviews about people not wanting to invest in cleanings for their teeth are bizarre to me - if you want a good dentist, here she is! If you don't want to spend money on your own dental hygiene then stay home and hush.

I came in for a routine cleaning which my insurance covers. They told me I needed a deep clean, which cost $300. They shot me up with novocaine and used a water pick on my mouth. Something I've had done at every other dentist I've ever been to, but never had to pay extra for. They didn't even use toothpaste or anything of the sort. I walked out and my mouth was still bleeding. I have never felt more taken advantage of and ripped off in my entire life. I will never ever go back here and I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

This place has the WORST receptionist Masha. She's the rudest person and treats people like garbage. every time I have to call the place for an appointment she's an absolute nightmare to deal with.

Excellent experience. Going to the dentist is always a little scary. They made it so easy and straight forward. I had ex rays and a consultation. They gave me a treatment plan and I was in and out fast so I could go on with my day. Looking forward to my next visit.

I discovered this dentist office 7 years ago. I had a bad filling done at another location and I came here to get it corrected. They were able to correct it so that I didn't need a root canal (as the other place said was my only option.) I was in just recently to correct some bonding on my front tooth. It's a very precarious spot because it's the front surface of my front tooth so it gets a lot of action. The bonding looks great and gives me back that confidence in my smile. I have always felt very welcomed and happy at Dr. Kniter's office!
