This place is really great. The staff is nice and helpful. Chris Sims does an awesome job at explaining everything. They go out of their way to help you and treat your dental needs.

Always very friendly. Never judgmental. They take the time to discuss realistic and affordable options. Not just trying to get your money. Hanna is extremely pleasant and consistently made sure I was not in any discomfort. Dr. Chris is always a down to earth no B.S. guy. Would highly recommend for a primary care dentistry and emergency dental.

I am extremely upset with this Dentistry. I received a cleaning from them in November and assumed everything was okay. Until I received a bill from my insurance stating what I owed the dentistry. Sims does not HAVE a contract with Humana so they are considered "OUT OF NETWORK" however when I called as a NEW PATIENT and set up a cleaning. I was asked if I had insurance I assured I did and told them exactly what type of insurance it was. They acted as if they knew exactly what I was talking about and proudly accepted it. HOWEVER, they knew that with them not having a contract with "HUMANA" that it was not the same. It went from me supposed to be getting a FREE CLEANING to me owing them $139.40. I feel used and ripped off. My first time being back at the dentist in years and this is what happens. That is ridiculous and most def should be explained better when you all are trying to get new patients. EXPLAIN that yes we do accept HUMANA however due to us not having a contract with HUMANA there is a chance that you will not be getting what you are entitled too if you went with someone in your "NETWORK." I feel like I was taken advantage of because I am young. And now I am the one paying out of pocket for something I was unaware of. FIx it.

My family started seeing Dr. Fred Sims when he opened his first office in Highview over 35 years ago. I have stayed with the dental practice since then. Now Dr. Chris Sims is carrying on the family legacy with all the skill, humor and care his father has. I wouldn't go anywhere else. BTW, the staff has always been wonderful too,

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Sims' for several years and we absolutely love him. We have had a wonderful experience being his patients. Dr. Sims demonstrates honesty and integrity in all of his patient interactions. Dr. Sims is a very hard worker. He treats other people and all his patients, including those of different backgrounds and beliefs, with fairness and respect. Dr. Sims is a great advocate for his patients and he will always go the extra mile to help his patients stay safe and healthy. It is a great bonus that Dr. Sims has a wonderful personality and is the type of person who approaches his job only with a positive attitude. Dr. Sims' office is very reliable and responsible. We can always count on Dr. Sims and his staff to be attentive to our problems and responsive to our requests in a timely manner. Additionally, Dr. Sims always follows through on our plans, but is flexible when changes are needed. Dr. Sims shows a high level of dedication to doing a great job while serving all his patients and his community. He is a very hard working individual. Additionally, Dr. Sims is innovative and always interested in improving his practice. He keeps up with the newest and highest standards of dentistry and patient safety. He values excellence, integrity and always puts his patients and their needs first. We feel very well cared for in Dr. Sims' office. My husband and I will absolutely recommend Dr. Sims to our friends and coworkers. We believe that Dr. Sims is a Brilliant Professional and one of the best dentists you will find in Louisville.

Okay so I HATE going to the dentist because I have had to have multiple surgeries on my mouth BUT let me tell you about this dentist office... they are AMAZING! I started coming here about 2 years ago and will never go anywhere else! They always know name when I come in the door, and always greet me with a warm smile and a good morning! Like I've said I've had multiple surgeries so I always like the nitro gas, which they've already put in the room before I even say anything! But the great thing is .. I haven't had to use it the past couple times cause they are so gentle! And each tech I've had has always talked through the process so I know what's coming! I will highly recommend anyone coming to this office! When you call ask for ariel and she will get you all set up!!

Everyone I had contact with was great to deal with from Dr. Sims, Amanda who cleaned my teeth, and Ariel who took care of the billing. I would definitely recommend this office.
