Dr. Richard Simpson has been creating beautiful smiles since 2005. He attended Kosciusko High School and Mississippi State University for his undergraduate studies. Dr. Simpson earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry and completed an Orthodontics residency at Louisiana State University.
Dr. Simpson is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and the Mississippi Dental Association. He and his wife, Amie, have three children, Emma, McCool, and Faylyn. Dr. Simpson loves coaching his kids sports teams, running and building Legos. He and his family attend Pinelake Church.

Our staff is uniquely trained and highly skilled, and we strive to provide unparalleled service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is either a certified dental assistant or registered dental hygienist, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

I just got my braces off today. This is my second time having braces. I had them when I was younger at a different orthodontist, but Dr. Simpson did a far superior job. My teeth look the best they have ever looked, and the staff there is so friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to gain a pretty smile.

We have had the best experience with Simpson Orthodontist! Dr. Simpson and his staff go above and beyond for their patients! The office staff is so sweet and really care about you! They make you feel like family! I highly recommend them!!

Wonderful experience for us. Their office is very efficient, friendly, and fun! Appointments were very fast and they were super accessible whenever we had a question or concern. My child's smile has always been perfect, but now her teeth are also!

The staff here is indeed kind and courteous but Dr. Simpson is extremely rude and arrogant. I was recommended permanent retainers and told that it would keep my teeth from shifting. One year later, there is a gap on the side of my teeth and his response is "we can't always predict that". I made him know that from medical school I understood that the human body can be unpredictable but it's GOOD PRACTICE to let your patients know of such possibilities UPFRONT. His response "good luck practicing with that mentality when you get out of medical school." I was shocked. How disappointing! He maintained I would need to pay for removable retainers to push my teeth back then they would re-glue my permanents back on (which clearly didn't work the first time). Makes absolutely no sense that your permanent retainers didn't work and now I have to pay to fix that issue. His response is "i am donating my services to you" lol first of all, ITS YOUR JOB, and this same PAID FOR service did not stop my teeth from shifting the first time as I was told at install. Can't trust it. Just know if any service you receive from him goes bad down the line, it's your fault from his standpoint! What a clown way to practice any type of healthcare. I will echo this review anywhere I can! What a Shame. Choose your doctors wisely!!!!!

Dr. Simpson and his team did a great job with my sons teeth. He had a couple different issues when we started seeing him, and now my son has corrected his bite and has a beautiful smile! They care about their patients and they all do a great job.
