Brian Simpson, D.M.D. is a graduate from Brown University in Providence, RI. He obtained his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1984 and completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Boston City Hospital including rotations at Tufts New England Medical Center. He has been in a private practice since 1988 and has worked in various localities across the world including Guys Hospital in London, private practices in Egypt and Greece, Health Volunteer's Overseas in India and Peru and at the Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation in Belcourt, ND. He also was a volunteer for patients at Jawonio as well as the Special Olympics.
Dr. Simpson has been board certified since 1993 and has numerous areas of expertise which include facial trauma, orthognathic surgery, dental implants, facial pain, dental alveolar surgery, laser surgery, TMJ treatment including surgery, pathology, cleft palates, anesthesia, bone grafting and obstructive sleep apnea.
Dr. Simpson is on staff and routinely takes trauma calls at Nyack Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital. He is chairman of the Nyack Hospital Continuing Medical Education Committee. He is the founder and president of the Nanuet Implant Study Club.
The surgical staff members at our office are very experienced and capable to assist in all phases of your surgical care and work extremely hard to meet your individual needs. The entire staff is CPR certified and will try to make your experience in our office a pleasant one.

I hardly had to wait to see Dr. Simpson and everyone was nice. I was able to have my consultation and extraction on the same day, which made me very happy.

It was the very first time I had a tooth extraction, great experience! Staff are very professional, if there's any reason for that I won't hesitate to go back to this office!

Just had tooth pulled today. Dr. Simpson is very experienced and it always amazes me how efficiently he goes about done incredibly complex tasks. The staff is also very organized and effective.

I have had a few visits with Dr. Simpson and I find him to be an excellent oral surgeon. He makes sure patient is informed about all procedures as well as possible complications. I highly recommend him. On a side note his receptionist and assistants are very nice as well.

I recently had seaeral wisdom teeth extracted. Today was the final one, an upper right. Everything went smoothly.. Dr. Simpson explained what he would do at every step Of the way. Very professional. Appreciated the follow-up call. Nurses were helpful, professional, and very friendly. Made sure that I understood aftercare instructions.

Dr Simpson and staff are amazing. Very professional and caring. He went through everything with me before my procedure answered any questions I may have had. I had a explained to both him and his staff that I had a very bad experience once before and they made me feel comfortable and very safe. If you ever need an oral surgeon this is the lace to go.

Nice office. Accommodating and professional Staff. Very positive, upbeat and pleasant. Dr. Simpson took his time and explained everything. Nice professional manner taking great care to make me feel comfortable. I had a fractured molar extracted, which was resistant, but now I feel 100% better. Highly recommend.

My experience at Dr. Simpson's office was fantastic. I had been suffering from a severe infection for three days. I called my regular dentist and she did nothing for me but order medication. The best thing she did was referred me to Dr. Simpson and his team. They squeezed me in the very next day. I knew that I needed two teeth pulled. I was very nervous and worried that Dr. Simpson would not extract on my first visit, especially because I am flying out of the country next week. But he did!! I am so ever GRATEFUL for that!! He was very detailed with everything from the procedure, additional options, risks, and post-op care. Just an all-around professional. The extraction did not take long. I also appreciated the phone call that I received from Dr. Simpson that evening after my procedure to make sure I was doing okay and willingly answer any further questions I had. I can say now that I look forward to my trip to Greece. Thank you Dr. Simpson and team!!

I visited Dr. Simpson for upper wisdom teeth extraction. He was very thorough, informative and polite. He took his time explaining the reason behind my extraction and the procedure. Dr. Simpson and has staff made me feel very comfortable. After the extraction me made sure to call to make sure I was doing well. I would definitely go back to Dr. Simpson for any other oral surgery needs!

This office is beyond amazing from the front end receptionist to the oral surgeon and his assistants! Dr Simpson and Taylor were amazing. I was dealing with significant tooth pain and was told I needed two teeth extracted. I did not expect Dr Simpson to extract the tooth on the same day as my consult. I thought I was going to have to suffer with more tooth pain but he took the time out and extracted my tooth. I'm so relieved I don't have to do deal with the tooth pain anymore! I would recommend this office to everybody!

Dr. Simpson and his staff were amazing with me. Everything was done with the utmost care. (Just be prepared for out of pocket expense of a $400 cone scan.) Other than that it was awesome and I recommend them highly.

Today was my second experience at this office & I will never go anywhere else. Today I had an emergency tooth extraction, in tears the pain was so outrageous. Was told by another office to race there because they were fully booked so I drove the 40 minuets only to sit around for just under 2 hours & be told they can't see me today, as I cry in pain. I called Dr. Simpson office on my way home (previously called them and they were fully booked but put me in for the following Tuesday) and asked if they had any last minute openings today please call me asap. She herd the desperation & excruciating pain in my voice. Two minutes later she called me back saying to be there in 1 hour that they will make sure this is taken care of today. The whole staff is beyond friendly & genuinely wants to make you feel better. The whole procedure someone dryed my tears and told me how great I was doing. Amazing, kind people. Thank you all so so much.
